Our family spent 3 nights in the 2-story Log Cabin. It is charmingly decorated with two bedrooms (one a loft with a full bed, sofa and TV), a kitchen area, small living area and bathroom. The cabin also has 3 porches. The back porch has the added bonus of a hummingbird feeder and greedy hummingbirds which are fascinating to watch.... More

The house is like a mini resort. There is always a snack, drink and/or pet available. It has the right combination of a hotel and home.

Our stay with Bob and Sue Scott of Sundance Bear Lodge was one of the best experiences we have had in our years of traveling the U.S. It was just a bonus that it was our first family stay in a B&B (we have a just-turned-teen son). The great location in the four-corners area, the funky little town of Mancos,... More

Sundance Bear Lodge sits atop a hill overlooking Mesa Verde and the surrounding area. It is easy to find and a special place to come 'home' to at the end of a day of sightseeing. The hosts are warm and welcoming and know a great deal about the area. Their collections of local pottery and art are museum worthy. They... More

My husband and I spent 4 wonderful days at the Sundance Bear Lodge in Mancos, Colorado. The lodge was bright and beautiful with so many artistic and playful touches. It is comfortable and so inviting; great views from every window, a big fireplace, comfy seating and a very informal atmosphere. It was better than many of the fancy resorts I... More

We spent 3 wonderful days at the Cabin. it was a great central location to tour Mesa Verdi, Canyon of the Ancients, and Hovenweep. The Cabin was just rustic enough.. but had nice homey accommodations. Bob was a great innkeeper .. friendly but not overbearing. The views from the cabin's deck of Mesa Verdi were beautiful. We enjoyed our time... More

Bob and Susan are great B&B hosts. They practically lend you their home during your stay. The breakfasts were great and their information and suggestions about the area were a big help in helping us to enjoy our time there. We would love to go back. S. G. Dallas Ga.

This was an absolute treat. The hospitality was warm, the lodging was lovely and comfortable, the setting was beautiful. If only we could find a place like this for every trip we would like to take. Thank you very much to the Scotts.
