This hotel has been excellent in the past so the likelyhood of it being a positive experience was high. However, it is quite apparent that the rating should be dropped from "Quality" to "Comfort". Good location if you are visiting Boulder, lots of places to eat nearby. The breakfast is a good deal too. Fresh hot waffles, yay!
