We asked for a NON-smoking room, everyday during the course of our 8 day stay we smelled smoke all day long, seems that the cleaning staff were standing at the end of the hall with the window open smoking on their breaks, this just drove the smoke into the ventilation system and was unbearable at this altitude. We booked a deluxe room with 2 beds, it only had 1 chair, snow was not cleared from front walkway and 2 days later they plowed it up and over the top of the only 2 fire hydrants that were present in the front parking area. Furnishings seemed flimsy, mornings featured a fairly decent breakfast bar, if you got there by 6am you might be able to enjoy it. Otherwise, the creamer was empty, there were several empty slots where breakfast should have been. We visit frequently in this area, however we will not be staying there on our future trips. Even if you can't get a plow into the parking lot for snow removal, you could have atleast kept the covered front entry and sidewalk area... more
