Okay, we traveled there in a motorhome and the the sites were very close together which is not something we are used to, but, the staff was very very nice, the facilities and the grounds were very clean. The only other RV site with full hook ups is in the town of Leadville and I would not recommend that all.... more

We spent 8 enjoyable days at Sugar Loafin. The campground has been there since 1965 and is smaller than some, but it accomodated our 48 foot trailer with no problems, and parking for our truck, Jeep and motorcycle.. The campground is still owned by the same family, and the 82 year old woman who founded it entertained us with stories... more

The campground was packed beyond belief . i had to wonder if it was even legal to have so many people per square foot.
