Loved Oleo Ranch! Great way to unplug from the world and enjoy family time! Took arts and crafts to do, plenty of good hikes and great fishing! Went into Lake City one afternoon and had a wonderful time there too! Recommend this place to anyone who wants to check out from busy schedules and electronics for a few days!

It has been awhile since I last stayed at Oleo Ranch, it was great to see that all the great hospitality had not changed. What makes Oleo so great is that the staff is always ready to help you, but NEVER intrudes on your stay. A perfect vacation! I look forward to returning as soon as possible. Thank you to... More

The Oleo Ranch is a great place to get away from it all including electricity. They have propane for hot water and lights so you do still have those available. There are individual cabins, some in the trees and some more out in the open. The cabins are very well furnished and exceptionally clean with kitchens extremely well stocked and... More

We love the quiet, restful part of Oleo Ranch. Our granddaughters love the friendly chipmunks and we all love the private fishing. We adjust to not having electricity and Internet. It's nice to get away from that too!

We went to Oleo several years ago and my son begged to go back so we did. It is beautiful and so peacefull. No TV, no phone service. Yet, my kids still had a great time. Enjoyed the fishing. They have 4 or 5 ponds on the property. Lake City is close by and it is a cute little town... More

Best place to stay for beauty, seclusion, and escaping all 21st century gadgets. Fishing is near plus beautiful drives throughout the area. Bring your own supplies and food. Surrounded by mountains and lush valleys

Our return to Oleo for summer 2015 was all we had hoped for and more. Excellent fishing, cool weather, fresh air, rest, surrounded by some of the best of God's creation. We will likely be back next summer as well. Cary does a fantastic job caring for the facility and is very welcoming and caring with all the guests. We... More

We had a wonderful time at Oleo Ranch. Cary was incredibly nice and helpful when we arrived and throughout our stay. The cabins are quite luxurious for such a remote location without electricity, which we never missed! It was the getaway we needed, the kids caught tons of fish, shucked corn, flew kites, hiked, and ate homemade meals we prepared... More
