We stayed at the Keystone Lodge and Spa in December 2012 and were not overly happy with the resort...particularly the service of some staff and the shabby and outdated rooms. To begin, the rooms in the lodge were supposed to be somewhat nicer than the Inn but the room was nothing like pictured on the website. The heated barely worked... More

We visited from 12/6-12/11 and had a wonderful time in Keystone. The staff was extremely pleasant and the hotel was very nice. We had a room with two queen beds that was perfect for our family of four.

I had an awesome experience at the spa! I had the blueberry soy-licious wrap and throughly enjoyed it. This is probably my very favorite spa experience. I really enjoyed the rain bar, and my therapist was wonderful. I would definitely recommend going here! Do not miss this! Especially if skiing doesn't work out for you, like it didn't for me!... We had a short weekend getaway at the end of September to check out the changing leaves and do some cycling. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The service was friendly from the time we pulled into the complimentary valet parking area. The attendant immediately offered to store our bikes and offered some ride suggestions for the next day. Check in... More

Had a business trip up in the Rockies and was very pleased to meet the wonderful folks at Keystone Lodge. Ski season was not yet in full swing, so we had the run of the place. The main purpose of the trip was a series of workshops held at the conference center on property. The facility is top-notch and a... More

Arrived for a conference and was booked into a lakeside one bedroom condo called Argentine. Immediately upon arrival realized the unit was decorated for the 1980's at least and had not been upgraded in the least, assuming the owners were just receiving revenue and did not really care. Two very old non-HD and certainly not flat screen TV's about 19"... More

Stayed here for two nights during the PubWest conference. Excellent service from the time of walking in the front door to an early monring departure. This place know the meaning of meeting customers expectations. Very clean, attentive service and quality in every aspect. Annie did a great job in customer relations in the lounge and the front reception desk staff... More

Kendra went above and beyond to meet our needs, thank you. Every time we came in from conference she smiled and asked us how our day was going. Hotel was comfrontable, nice place to relax after conference. Outdoor hot tub a must for relaxing after long day. The only thing I would say is hotel could use some tlc carpet... More

I was at Keystone Lodge for a conference, not to ski and that probably impacts my impression. Staff are very friendly and informed. If a staff person did not have an answer to a question, they found the answer for me. We stayed in a condo that was HUGE and comfortable. Fireplace, two TVs, full kitchen, separate dining room --... I recently stayed at Keystone for a business trip. I felt so lucky that my company put me up there. The staff was super friendly and warm. The grounds are downright draw-dropping. My favorite part of this stay was the indoor-outdoor pool. It is heated and there is something totally amazing about swimming outside in the Rocky Mountains in October.... More
