Several years ago, I gave the Lodge a great review. We have been back numerous times since then, but the most recent trip might be our last. The hotel is so poorly maintained. Nothing has been done since we started staying there 6 years ago. The carpet in the restaurant, bar, and public areas is stained and faded. The "spa"... More

We booked a room at the lodge and the pictures online do not truly represent what the reality is . This hotel is truly stuck in the 70's. To make matters worse the sheets were so wrinkled that I wondered if they were changed after the last quests . One bed sheet had a blood stain the other had a... More

From the moment I arrived I was treated with respect and I felt very welcomed. Nini, the concierge, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable by showing me a couple of rooms that I could choose from. She also was very friendly telling me about the many activities at Keystone. The bike paths were great. I had the... More

I traveled to Keystone in the late 70's and early 80's as a kid with my parents. We never stayed in a condo at the Lodge and Lake and I always wondered what it was like. Well I finally got to know. My family and I stayed in the Argentine condos right by the lodge for three nights in unit... More

Very pleasant place to spend a Friday night in the summer. Staff was friendly and rooms are on the quiet side. Fun to walk around the scenic lake because it is so close. Good to have some eating choices on site due to the location. My only regret is that we did not try on the robes that came with... More

We attended the annual Matrix conference at Keystone. We upgraded to a 3 bedroom condo in Jackpine lodge, thanks to Carol? who checked us in. Beautiful place, although the condo was a tad bit worn (carpet needed replacing, fan in bathroom was broken). Keystone is a great place with so many fun activities! The food at the conference was fantastic!... More

I just finished my first stay here, it was 3 days at a conference. I stayed in the Keystone lodge and had a room overlooking the pool on the back of the property. The hotel itself is a little dated, but since I was busy at the time with activities, I really didn't spend a lot of time. the food... More

We booked a two night stay with extras through Groupon and were not disappointed. We enjoyed valet parking, free drinks, free yoga classes and a free guided hike (which included a ride on the chair lift to the top of the ski hill). Excellent, attentive service and a very comfy room with king sized bed and balcony. We kept the... More

Got a last minute hotel room to attend Blugrass & Beer festival. Exceptional hotel! received 80 minute massage at the spa. What a fabulous spa. a little pricey but worth the valur in comfort. Room was at the furthest end of hotel. A long walk from elevator. Rooms are nice noise level from above rooms is average. Great weekend!

Booked a lodge king room for a single night with Groupon. Arrived to a room with double beds. No go for us since we finally had a weekend without kids. No kings were available and initially got an I'm sorry and the resort fee waived. Hubby not satisfied with that and they gave us a condo with a king. Not... More
