We had an outstanding experience at this hotel. This is an older hotel that has been renovated nicely. It is situated on a gorgeous lake, surrounded by biking/walking trails that meander through rivers and stunning mountain landscape. The staff was exceptional. We came with a small service dog. They have recently become "dog friendly". The rooms designated for this open... More

What a fantastic property! The room was clean and quite. The mountain view is breathtaking. We enjoyed hiking on the trails behind the hotel and hanging out at the pool. We would have taken advantage of the spa, but found it to be a bit pricey.

Very nice hotel, flagship of the keystone resort. Rooms are big and all overlook the mountain. Rooms on floor 1 have patios, while 2-6 have balconies. Good restaurants on site and a small deli as well. Great as a base for trekking or using the ski area without being in the middle of the noise from the ski village.

Expect to receive valet service which is nice but after needing the car to drive out often turned out to be a little bit of a pain. During registration, we didn't feel like we were given enough/clear information about things to do. It felt like we were being talked down to. Directions were unclear. Once we got to our nicely... From the room with the windows open, one can listen to the river burbling. The room was very clean, incredibly spacious, and quiet. It was the perfect lodging for a conference, and I'd definitely return for leisure. All I had time for in the down-time was to go for a walk through the resort and light hiking. The staff were... Booked a room and was put in what felt like basement as Libby fifth floor an we were on second. Could see out front side into dog exercise area. Disappointing as has great view from other rooms. Was not busy so unsure why they would use this type of room Fire pit was small so one family occupied it all... More

JuanBatista checked us in and gave a wonderful and welcoming first impression of the Lodge. Overall we had a wonderful stay but the hotel could use some updating. The bathroom and furnishings were adequately updated but I'm not sure why the popcorn ceiling still remained. I'm guessing due to Asbestos concerns with removal? But that does take away from the... I stayed here for a conference, nice room, nice little balcony with seating, comfortable beds and pillows. Room clean, comfortable, pleasant staff, parking situation a little weird being across the street but they offer valet parking or a pedestrian tunnel. I especially enjoyed the yoga class included with my stay. Wifi was slow.

We stayed over night here while on an overnight getaway and absolutely felt spoiled. The rooms are nice sized. We had a ground floor room because we had two dogs with us. We happened to find a sweet deal on Groupon, and after coming to Tripadvisor to check reviews, we decided to go for it. We loved the ground floor... More

About an hour and a 45 from Boulder, an Hour and half from Denver we chose Keystone because it was near some summer activities we had planned. The resort town of Keystone is scenic and very sleepy in early June. Most of the family summer activities don't open until mid to late June so if you have small kids take... More
