We stayed overnight at the Keystone Lodge & Spa in connection with a speech I was presenting at the nearby Keystone Conference Center. The Lodge was the chosen hotel for the conference; thus I had no choice about where to stay. The Lodge was well run and comfortable, with a surprisingly good restaurant for breakfast. This was my first visit... More

We were in Keystone to attend a conference. Our room was on level 3 of this dated sprawling property where room decor and furnishings are of the 1980's era. The air conditioning thermostat was faulty so our room was over-warm throughout our stay. Bed was comfortable with good choice of pillows. High quality LG large screen TV with a good... More

I loved this place. I was here on business for a conference and we had a wonderful time. The resort is very clean and modern. It was the off season as they were preparing for the peak season so some stuff was closed but the staff was helpful and accommodating. We went on mountain hikes, brewery tours, etc. the air so... The king loft studio is seriously one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. From the service when we arrived (before our reservation) to the minute we checked out, could not have asked for anything better. We asked to stay an extra day and they honored our original rate. Exceptionally clean. Free shuttle to several different places. Lots to... More

The place is really spread out meaning I got quite a workout just going from my room to the car. I think that having to ask for a fridge was a bit disappointing, but the room overall was good enough with comfortable beds and was mostly a clean place. The staff were amazingly helpful. The one thing that is clear... More

We stayed at the Keystone Lodge & Spa two times over the course of the last 4 months. First stay in a traditional hotel room, the second stay in one of the apartments. We enjoyed both of our visits and will be back for sure. Front desk staff is always very helpful, especially Ms. Natalie. Small Starbucks Coffee is free... More

The hotel is quite big. It is ver clean, and provides almost everythingone may wish. The sp area is very nice, the outside pool great, one can swim really well, the steam room is grea, also the Sauna, although this was too "cold" for my taste, I guess not even 70 degrees C. People shouldn't walk with street shoes through... More

Stayed 3 days for a conference, loved our room with the balcony facing the lake. Room was awesome but the mattress was awful. Little bit of an uphill trek to the conference center. Very nice restaurants, pizza place was our favorite. Also enjoyed the sundries store, wonderful selection of apparel and gifts. Feed the ducks! Didn't try any of the... More

Stayed here for spring break with my family. Staff was friendly, rooms were nice, amenities are nice. Easy access to the slopes, valet parking, and a shuttle system to the different places easy to follow and use.

Truly deserves four stars rating. Even though mandatory valet parking (free) may be seen as inconvenience by some, those guys work fast, and your car is ready in no time. We stayed in the main building: room was large and clean, same for bathroom. Maintenance request was completed in a timely fashion. Front desk service is polite, friendly, and very... More
