My wife and I stayed here for three nights over Thanksgiving weekend. We picked the spa suite as the Inn is one of the few places which have an in-room whirlpool in the mountains at an affordable rate. We loved many things about the hotel and we had a few complaints: Positives: 1. Great price for the room. 2. Fantastic... More

Heaters don't work in rooms and send no maintenance that can't help. Sleeping in ski gear!!! BRUTAL!!! Go somewhere else! Say pet friendly but charge more when you arrive. So not worth freezing to death at night.

I brought my dog with me on this business trip and we both were welcomed by all the staff. He was even welcome in the bar area and there is a great path behind the hotel where we could take long walks and he could play fetch. The restaurant and the service was also outstanding. I will definitely return here... More

Chose this hotel bc we had our dog with us. There were clean rooms and the staff was friendly. Breakfast offered scrambled eggs, meat, typical bagels & cereal. No gluten free breakfast options other than fruit. Walkways out back were helpful for the dog. Nice views of the mountains and the slopes. 3 Hot tubs on site however, for the pool you... More

This place is located in one of the most beautiful areas of The Rocky Mountains. The rooms were clean, the beds excellent, and the continental breakfast was far and away superior to the usual "hotel fare", The staff were all friendly and eager to assist.

We checked in on a Saturday night and the hotel was bustling with a variety of guests. Sunday by noon, like most Colorado mountain hotels, everyone checked out and we had the place to ourselves. The hotel is also very quiet because there's no loud highway. We thoroughly enjoyed hot tubbing on the rooftop and excellent river and mountain views... More

I stayed at the Inn to attend an event at the nearby Keystone Conference Center. The room was clean and adequate, though a bit tight on the night my husband & children joined me. Rooms do not have air conditioning, but they equip the room with a vertical air blower. That said, you may get a bit warm based on... More

First, let me start by saying that Keystone is not my favorite place in colorado. There isn't a ton to do and feels a bit forced. There are better places in colorado to stay! Given that, we attended for a wedding. The hotel service was excellent, staff were wonderful. You got drink tickets for the bar and free breakfast that... More

Positive: Absolutely beautiful views, loved the hot tubs on the roof! The staff is very friendly and helpful, parking is free and if you can't find a spot, they will valet parking for you. The bar is very nice. Free continental breakfast. Negative: The room was stuffy, no air. The curtain didn't work. The shower retained water, didn't drain.

I was here for conference and the Lodge was full. The Inn was a terrific alternative. Clean and pleasant it is just a few minutes by shuttle which front desk called and came right away. All staff exceptionally helpful.
