You are on your own for breakfast, dinner and bar service with the restaurant closed some days. "This is the way it is late in the season" the manager told us. Very poor attitude by the hotel manager. Don't expect a full service hotel even when you pay for one. more

We booked a standard hotel room at the Inn at Keystone for 5 nights as we were up there to snowboard at Keystone. We drove from CALI and Texas so we were tired when we got there. The front desk staff upon check-in were helpful, nice and professional. The lady at the front desk gave us an early check-in (about... more

This was our first Family Ski Vacation and we didn't really know where to stay, so we booked online and ended up here. Check in isn't until 4, but the wonderful lady at the front desk went out of her way to get us checked in SUPER early (11'ish) cause we came a long way and got there way early!... more

We wanted a quick romantic getaway into the mountains, and I read about the Inn at Keystone's Spa Suites. They apparently have two of these suites, so I didn't think I'd get it with only about 10 days notice. It was available, and we were very impressed. It was a large, two room suite (living room, and king bedroom with... more

I'd say the standard room w two queen beds is pretty much just a room. There wasn't a ton of space, just your run of mill two beds, tv, straight back chair, and bathroom. Nits: One of the lights didn't work, there was no room service menu or one of those nice little books telling you the where and when... more

This place was so great! I read reviews that were horrible and was worried, but my expectations were exceeded! Our room was just like any other hotel room, but the staff was the best! They all knew me and my pet. My pet was unexpectedly crying while we left him in the room and we went skiing over Christmas Day.... more

Attended a conference there. The Inn is a nice property, basic rooms, nothing out of the ordinary and a little worn. The desk staff were really helpful. Do have a car or be willing to wait for the shuttles to get to the Conference Center. The properties weren't very great for handicapped individuals. To get from the Lodge to the... more

My husband and I stayed here just two nights. It was a good location but nothing special about the hotel. The bed was okay, the decorations were a little on the worn side. We booked our room through the keystone website and they charged us $50.00 more than the hotel price for a night. The room was clean and the... more

We made our reservation with The Inn due to its proximity to a wedding that we were attending as well as its value. Sometimes, its worth paying the extra money. We had to call the front desk 3 times for the location because they would not offer adequate directions. This wasn't complicated to get to, but the staff were very... more
