Yes, River Run Village is right there at the base, in the heart of it. Everything that Keystone Resort offers is at your fingertips, like mediocre overpriced restaurants, overpriced shops, loud and crowded bars, and skiing. And yes, River Run's units are new and comfortable. Well, they LOOK comfortable anyway. The beds are fitted with coarse sheets made of material... More

I am an owner of a property in Keystone, specifically the River Run area. I also own a property management company that specializes in renting condos in Keystone. My company does not manage the condo that is reviewed, but I feel I still have some valuable insight to offer potential guests. 1. The eating establishments in River Run are not... More

We had a family reunion in Keystone, and this condo served our needs for relaxing, sleeping, and cooking. It was clean, modern, and well-stocked with kitchen utensils. Our only issue was the water being off for several hours. We talked with others staying in the building who also reported that there was no water in the building. Our property management... More

Visited River Run Village with a couple of friends and family during the summer and it was one of the best vacations I have ever had. We stayed in the River Run condos located at the base of the mountain with a short walk to the lifts. Keystone was about an hour+ drive from Denver International Airport. This is a... More

Great location for skiing. Nice underground parking. Biggest complaint was the paper thin walls. One night, our neighbors took a shower at 200am and it sounded like it was coming from our bathroom. The next night they vacuumed their room at 100am and again it sounded like it was in our condo.

I own a condo in Keystone and own a private management company in Keystone as well. My company manages 70+ condos in River Run. I try to be fair in my responses but recongize that some may consider my opinion biased. Take it for what it is worth. Having stayed in every building in River Run and consider it my... More

My family stayed at the Arapaho lodge in January for a long weekend. We loved the condo and the location was one of the best we have ever had for a ski trip. Just a few steps to the gondola. Keystone was great. Not a lot of night life, but we weren't looking for that. The people running the village... More

The best place to stay at keystone. The rooms are awesome if you need a large family room or a couples room. Has a fun game room. Right next to the ski village so you can enjoy the ski atmosphere. Less than a quarter mile walk to the gondola or other lifts. The rooms are quiet so the sleep is... More

We had an amazing time at River Run Village. We had so much fun that we stayed there again 2 weeks later and invited my brothers family to join us. The first time we stayed at Jackpine and the second time we stayed at Buffalo Lodge. Both places were amazing! At Jackpine we had a 2 bedroom plus murphy bed.... More

Spent seven nights in the Dakota Building of River Run Village in August 2011. We booked through www.vrbo.com and had an amazing room (#8516) at a very reasonable price. Originally, i was a little overwhelmed at all the various accommodation options. There are several villages in Keystone, each with its own personality. I spent many days wavering between villages, even... More

This is our second time staying at the River Run village in Keystone; this time we were in the Buffalo Lodge (room #8331). As expected, our condo was clean, convenient and nicely decorated; the kitchen had enough essentials for us to make a small dinner for ourselves. This is the second time we've stayed here and have been allowed an... More

I've been to ski resorts throughout Utah, Colorado, and CA and would definitely rate Keystone as my favorite overall. The terrain isn't nearly as extreme as some you might find in UT or Jackson Hole, and the nightlife isn't as lively as what you'd find in Lake Tahoe, but the overall value and convenience can't be beat, particularly if you...
