Dear Future Traveller and Conference Organizers; As an international participant at a conference held at Keystone, I found myself isolated in a remote part of the resort in a building with no attendant, no transportation, and not a scrap of food. I arrived after 10 p.m. nad at 1 p.m. realized that I had not eaten for eight hours or... More

Dear Guest, We are very sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience during your stay at Keystone this October. It is true that at 1 a.m. area restaurants would not be open for business. It is unfortunate that you were not aware of your lack of food at check-in as we do offer free granola bars... More

We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo in Expedition Station for 4 nights and 5 days. Only complaint would be the lack of kitchen towels and pot holders. I was with my daughter, son-in-law and 2 grand children (ages 7 and 9) everyone but me skis. I am semi-handicapped but had no trouble getting around in the condo or anyplace... More

We stayed at the Arapahoe Lodge at River Run Village for four days during Spring Break. We enjoyed our ski trip at Keystone. The 1 BR condo was updated and nice. The queen bed in the bedroom was comfortable, the sofa bed was not (not a big surprise). Our room was right over River Run Village, so there was noise... More

We stayed in River Run Village - Keystone. Resort Quest handled condo reservation. Very nice people. Ski rentals were even in the same building as main check in.We stayed at Expedition Station. This complex was very nice with a heated pool, covered parking, pool table and separate ski lockers. It was nice just to walk to the gondola and lift.... More

So, I guess if you are in college or thereabouts and haven't traveled much, nor ever stayed in a nice hotel, and you think your dorm is a pretty good time and place, this place would be ok for you..... If you are 40-something and 70-something, pretty well traveled and shudder at the memory of dorms past, not so much!... More

I am both an owner in this HOA and the owner of a private property management company in Keystone. Yes, it is true that I am biased and maybe that fact will balance the complain-cationers review. I do not own the condo in question nor do I manage this particular condo. Thus, I cannot say much about the interior of... More

I stayed in the Expedition Station, which at first glance is a cute mountain lodge type of place. Nice location, good amenities, good-sized room. However, during my one night stay I found a long list of things that need to be fixed or cleaned; the shower head is falling out of the wall, the wood floors are filthy, the coffee... More

I own a condo in River Run and own a private property management company in Keystone. I hope to be able to educate folks about the ins and outs of Keystone. Please note that this review mentions a particular company that is nationwide. This company is large, but has a very very small presense in Keystone. The manage less than... More

I have visited Keystone Resort twice and wasn't impressed with the accomodations either time. My first condo was located in Aspen village. It definitely needed updating because the decor was done in the 70's and was very worn and dusty. The hot water heater broke about midway of our visit, so the reservation desk moved us to River Run Village.... More

Had a great trip (as always) to Keystone. For the first time stayed in the Black Bear building which was perfect. Was higher-end regards ammenities and finish then the other units in River Run, and by far the closest to the new Gondola. From Ski Locker to Gondola was a 1-2mins max, yet still in the heart of River Run!!!

The apartments are very small, very dated and very uncomfortable. I have never slept in such uncomfortable beds in my life. When I peeked under the sheet to see why it was so uncomfortable I found the mattresses were ancient with HOLES in them and the mattress protector was so grubby I doubt it has ever been washed. "Slept" is... More

My wife and I escaped to the cool mountain air this summer - running away from the Florida heat. We picked out the condo we were going to stay in from VRBO.com. This was so nice to actually see the place we were going to rent and negotiate the rates directly with the condo owner. We picked the Jackpine Lodge... More
