We just stayed at Blackbear for a summer conference and this condo is excellent. Very well kept and fairly comfortable beds. Great facilities in the unit and a nice patio overlooking the gondola. TV in bedrooms were extremely small but the location was excellent.

The thing to know about these condos is that there are multiple building sprinkled throughout the Keystone Village that are all part of these condos. Also remember that they are condos, so every single unit will be different. We stayed here for a friends wedding in June and ended up in Black Bear Room 8034 after asking if they happen... More

This summer we decided to spend our family vacation in Keystone, Colorado. We were referred to Jackpine Lodge #8024 at River Run. This unit was large and spacious with three bedrooms and three bathrooms….perfect for a family of four plus the grandparents! Unit 8024 basically consists of two master suites, each with attached private bathroom, and a smaller third bedroom... More

We had a fantastic week staying at River Run villlage for our first white Xmas. Our condo balcony overlooked the bridge and was the closest accomadation and easiest access to the gondola, also perfect for viewing the fireworks at the summit on Xmas Eve. From our bedroom window we could see if the spa was free and there are nice... More

5 day trip to Keystone. We stayed at Black Bear lodge in River Run Village. We were able to check in early but the logistics and organization if the check in and where the actual place was was a little frustrating. The 2BR 2 bath room was great. Clean, updated, and a great balcony overlooking the village. At night it was... More

We stayed at Buffalo Lodge. It was two minutes walk (ski boots on) to the main gondola. Good living room with a fire place and well furnished kitchen. Two rooms and two bathrooms of nice size. Balcony with a view to skating pool. Underground parking. Very nice overall experience. Well kept resort with nice restaurants and bar. Friendly staff at... More

Stayed at the Red Hawk Lodge at River Run. We had a 1 bedroom condo. The location was excellent as it was a 5 minute walk to the gondola and 7 minutes to get into the village. Keystone has wagons to use to haul the skis back and forth which was nice. The condo itself was nice because our kids... More

Thank you for staying with Summit County Mountain Retreats. We are happy you enjoyed your stay. Just a couple of things to note. The owner is in the process of upgrading several of the interior features, specifically the TV's. We do charge a fee for extra cleaning services. This allows us to offer the lowest nightly rate possible and guests who... More

Just returned from a 5 night stay at the River Run. We were in the Silver Mill section. This is not a luxury resort so if you see it listed as such set your expecations for average ammenities. Property - 2 Bdr. - The Bad Very small and tight. If you have 4 people you will trip over each other.... More

We rented a 2 bedroom condo and I was expecting more. The second bedroom had an tv unit without a tv. The TVs are not flat screens. Appliances in the kitchen are outdated. Overall it is clean and the location to the mountain is really great. Just expected more for the "premier lodging" at keystone

We apologize for the TV mixup. The TV was in the process of being replaced with a flat screen. We understand your frustration and are sorry for the inconvenience. More

We just stayed at River Run Village and had a great time! The facilities were great and very close to the mountain. The only complaint I had was that my credit card was charged a deposit of $50 as well as the whole price of the hotel 3-4 weeks in advance of our trip. I prefer to pay the day... More
