I have visited Keystone Resort twice and wasn't impressed with the accomodations either time. My first condo was located in Aspen village. It definitely needed updating because the decor was done in the 70's and was very worn and dusty. The hot water heater broke about midway of our visit, so the reservation desk moved us to River Run Village.... more

Had a great trip (as always) to Keystone. For the first time stayed in the Black Bear building which was perfect. Was higher-end regards ammenities and finish then the other units in River Run, and by far the closest to the new Gondola. From Ski Locker to Gondola was a 1-2mins max, yet still in the heart of River Run!!! more

The apartments are very small, very dated and very uncomfortable. I have never slept in such uncomfortable beds in my life. When I peeked under the sheet to see why it was so uncomfortable I found the mattresses were ancient with HOLES in them and the mattress protector was so grubby I doubt it has ever been washed.
