Stayed on a Friday for a Saturday event in Keenesburg. Certainly not fancy but clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Owners local and lived on site. Will not hesitate to stay again when there.

Room 2 was completely redone recently. Everything is new and elegant, including very plush carpet and pillow top mattress. Bathroom fixtures are also brand new. Microwave, fridge, and wifi all worked well. I was not expecting this level of quality in a small roadside motel out in the country like this. Wish I could have stayed longer to take full... More

We arrived late on the 4th of July and were happy to find out that, despite the rest of the motel being booked, they had held our reservation made just over the phone more than a month prior. The room was a really nice surprise - it looked like it had been recently redone (looked nothing like the posted pictures).... More

The Keene Motel is about an hour from Denver on I-76 and inexpensive. All we needed was a place to sleep after a Rockies game so it served our purposes. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a gas station across the street.

We stayed at the Keene Motel for one night-it was about the only place close to the Wild Animal Sanctuary, which we were visiting the next day. When we arrived, it was late, and we were able to get the last room available. Price was great, acommodations were good and clean, about the only inferior thing would be that there... More

Great value stayed here during recent athletic competition. Owners and staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, comfortable and equipped with internet, microwave and mini fridge. Only thing they could improve is to add a coffee pot. Thin walls but the thru wall combination AC/heater works pretty well at covering up interstate and railroad noise. If your in the... More

I stayed here while on a driving trip to Utah. I arrived late, and the man who checked me in was very friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable. The price was fantastic! Thick carpeting, comfy bed, but no phone, but free wifi. Not far off the highway, but far enough not to hear traffic going by. Overall I... More

Excellent value and the employee stayed open late so we could check in. There were train tracks in the distance and I heard 3 trains go by in the night, but they were generally quiet and didn't wake my partner up. I happened to be up anyway, or else I don't think I would have heard them. Clean, large room,... More

The only hotel in town, but they don't act like it. Check-in was very pleasant, unrushed and friendly. The room's decor was out of the 70's, with wood paneling everywhere, but it looked to be polished clean and well maintained. The entire room and bathroom were spotless, even corners in the bathroom were very clean. There are no amenities, other... More
