We went to soak here after four days of intense physical exercise. Fortunately, I didn't know that the water wasn't supposed to be green. As others have stated the roof of the pool facility is getting very old and even has an opening that lets in rain and outside air. I can't imagine how cold it must get around the... More

Absolutely horrible customer service! Our room reservation got messed up and when I asked to talk to a manager, I got hung up on! I had to call back and be on hold for 30min before someone answered the phone. We asked for a non-smoking room and the room was filled with smoke smell, and the floor was filthy! (There... More

This place is SO old it is falling apart. The hot tub we got outside was about 20 yrs old or more , the finish on the hot tub was gritty ,so worn, the water was "sandy" on the bottom due to the finish wearing in the sun. Got infection in the water.......... The water in the pool was BRIGHT... More

I am confused and shocked by the reviews I just read. I have gone to many spas at high end places, however feel this experience at the hot springs is like no other. If you are looking for a 5 star resort then this may not be the place for you but I feel that is a good thing. This... More

I was looking to get out of the city and into the hills for a nice realxing weekend, and I got it in spades! The private outdoor baths and caves were perfect for what I was looking for. The old buidling is slowly getting uprgaded and what they've done so far looks great. But the real reason to go is... More

The pictures and wording on the website are extremely misleading. With our first visit in 2004 we were shocked at how bad the palce really looked. I have spent alot of time at this facility in the past, We stopped going because it starting going so far down hill it was unbearable. The management started playing country/rock right next to... It is WAY over priced for the dilapidated facility. I have done hot springs all over Colorado and this is the worst. There are many other better and reasonably priced springs. The online booking costs more. You can't contact them without listening to a looong recording. I have stayed in the original hotel but stopped as the staff was allowed... More

OK - So I think the title says it all! My husband planned a romantic weekend get-a-way to the hot springs. We'd never been to one, and although the reviews were questionable, we did hear the mineral water was great for relaxation and your skin. Going there with an open mind.....wow. The "resort" and I use that term lightly, was... More

I may be 'odd gal out' on this one, but I have stayed at the Resort twice, first with my daughter last year, and alone this year. She was not happy with the condition of the rooms, etc. To me, it doesn't matter....I feel I "understand" Indian Springs Resort. Did you notice the soothing music as you came in the... More
