I have not been here for years and gave it 2nd thoughts after reading reviews, but pleased I made the effort. Contrary to what I read the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the place was very clean, locker room was nicely remodeled, and the caves were well lit and very clean with new mats and no smell of... For a trip back in time to old world charm and simplicity, this is the place. I highly recommend spending a bit extra and staying in the main hotel or one of the cabins as opposed to their motel-grade rooms across the street. It's a bit surreal to drive up into the rockies and enter their hot springs source swimming... More

Unique experience but probably will not visit again. Expensive for the quality. They have individual hot spring pool rooms that are clean but ... really feels like a swimming pool and not a "hot spring".

Do not allow yourself to book a stay at the Indian Springs Resort. They say it was constructed in the 1850's. As best I could determine, the last time any maintenance, repair or upkeep occurred was approximately 1860. The place was dirty, the staff was rude and incompetent; the room was poor. My wife decided not to avail herself of... More

I love this hotsprings because it had a camp ground. Now the new owners have closed it completely.?? They said it was due to the flood and bad elec. I tent camp dont need electric?? This is Just a scam to pay for a room . They would not even tell me where I could camp? Super Disappointed.

The rooms were like staying in a bad roadside inn. The room was very outdated and worn out, the pool itself was also in the same condition and the whole property had a grimy, dirty, worn-out feeling. I didn't feel totally safe either outside because there were many people living in their cars on the property. The personal spas were... More

With new ownership has come unwelcome changes. Now, the hotel and spa are by no means a deal. To make a bigger buck, they divided the pools, cave and outdoor hot tubs into packages, so it costs to do everything but the pool if you are a guest. One might not resent getting beat another $15 for each person to... More

this place is centuries old but in the past 100 yrs it has been a tourist retreat. It is quaint and reasonably priced for the facility. I enjoyed my few hours there, the staff was quite friendly and provided me with a quick refund for the mud bath that was not to my expectations. the mud room I did not... More

The ttraction of this place is the springs. Spring water is circulated through various pools and tubs and then recirculated. It looks dirty and smells dirty. My wife and I were both worried that we might contract some sort of communicable disease from bathing in the water. Our room was infested with small biting insects that left red welts on... More

The place is a little old (100 years people have been coming to the springs). Clean. Stairs to hot soaking tubs and main pool. Not for fancy people. Kids are in the pool area (normal). You can look over the place before paying.
