OK half the folks say the place is terrible, half like it a lot. It depends if you want to feel like a turn of the last century gold miner in for a hot bath. My room was small but it had a toilet and sink, the bed had no head board and the mattress should be replaced but it... More

My mom came for a visit from Kansas and I wanted to treat her to a spa day while she was here. We stayed overnight at Indian Springs. The check in staff were very friendly and very accommodating. The room, while a little bit dated, was very clean and comfortable. We got the aromatherapy massages and the therapists were fabulous!... More

Ok, I am not afraid of snakes but I draw the line at being in the hot springs pool and on the side where all the rocks are there are garden snakes. Since I was not really enjoying the spring anyway this was just one more thing. My husband and I went to the springs to get away and relax... More

We visited the hot springs for the day, having never been to one before. The idea is really nice, and the hot water soaks rejuvenated our tired muscles. However, the facilities need a major update. Everything there looks as tired as our muscles felt, if not worse. The place has such potential.

I prefer their private outdoor baths (very quiet and lovely mountain views). I've noticed the indoor baths to be a little dirty (have to wear shoes on the floors for sure). They are pretty dark and can feel a bit claustrophobic. I've never gone to the pool area but was told there would be many children and we wanted to... More

They over sell tickets to day trippers, so the hotel guests cannot enjoy a serene atmosphere the one and only pool was crowded, noisy and balls where flying every where. The one area that is designated to be a quiet zone-the vapor caves was full of chatty people--no enforcement. Rude staff. No Wi-Fi access, as promised. Left after 3 hours,... More

We stayed here one night cause thought it would be neat. the idea is neat but the place is in bad need of some major improvements. We stayed in the rooms across the street from the lodge. The rooms were musty smelling. the lighting needs changed, the carpet in the hallways are horrible. the pool had a lot to be... More

My husband and I stayed overnight at this establishment. We were assigned a room in the Lodge. The room was clean but had a musty odor to it so luckily I had taken a room deodorizer! There was no refrigerator, microwave in the room. The lightning was rather dim even in the bathroom and there was no hair dryer. The... More

Been coming here for 40 years. I am a car guy, so let's compare this to a classic, um say, 30 year old BMW (bear with me, I know about the age difference!) Cool when new. Nice paint, good suspension, no leaks, beautiful leather smell, no exhaust leaks, etc. What is critical to remember before I proceed is that the... More

This place was a major disappointment. The room while not expensive was deficient in a number of ways. The devised closet was such that every time you got out of bed, you ran into the wooden hangers protruding from the wall. The bathroom was way under lit and the towel rack was broken and pulling away from the wall. There... More
