I stayed at the Indian Springs recently. I was very impressed by the customer service oriented staff that works there! They were all very accommodating and very friendly. They gave me recommendations to local restaurants, attractions, activities and obliged my every need. What intrigued me most to this resort, was the under ground caves and spring fed pool. They have... More

I was there over a period of three days and was able to observe the owner talk with staff, a customer, and I talked with him myself. The new owner is either oblivious or does not care about customer service. His attitude is clearly, "my way or the highway." I think many of the staff who have worked there for... More

This property consists of two parts. There is the main, old building that houses the hot springs pool, spa, offices, and older hotel rooms. Across the street there are two newer buildings with more hotel rooms. The older rooms are cheaper, the newer rooms more expensive. The older building looks nice and quaint from the outside, but needs serious upgrading... More

This was my first time at any sort of hot springs. It was pretty neat to go down into the caves and sit in the baths, they are all different temperatures (choose wisely). They are separate male and female caves so it was a good trip to relax with your girlfriends. The rooms need an upgrade but for the price it... More

Although I enjoyed the hot springs pool itself, most of the property is really worn out and the noise level in the lodge rooms makes it almost impossible to sleep. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and the price is right it's just in need of an upgrade!

Have been a customer here for 19 years. The front desk person has put my name down as a bad person who can not stay anymore because I got in a argument with them? She changed my rate at the last minute and yelled at me in front of other customers and threw a pen at me and now I... More

Let me start of by saying my family has been coming here for 6 years. Over those 6 years the condition has been steadily declining. I understand they are under recent new ownership,as of October 2014, and I pray they start to put some work and money back into this place. Last year we stayed 3 different times. All three... More

This is not a resort. We got the "deal", upgraded our room, lost power while we were in a dark soaking room with no emergency lighting, had a maintenance man walk in on us, had no heat in upgraded building so had to move to the 110 original building. We had to re-pack and move with a small flashlight! We... More

The winter package at Indian Springs was fantastic - room, cave pools access (his and hers separate areas), pool access and $25 dining package for about $110. It's only 40 miles from Denver International airport and an easy highway drive. This historic hotel has not only the old rooms in the main hotel that date back to the 1800's (Old... More

My husband and I have visited this hotspring quite a few time and enjoyed it greatly. We had a beach ball volleyball contest New Years eve of 2013 and the the pool was busy...and fun.. We returned this year for New Years eve. and was very disappointed. Upon returning to our room from dinner. Two foreign guys (Korean?) knocked on... More
