This B & B seems to only have 3 rooms and the owners are super nice. The location is right in town and easy to walk to shops and restaurants. That being said, I would not stay there again because of the arrangement of the rooms. Our room was next to a loud talking neighbor and it was quite disturbing.... More

This is a delightful little B&B and we enjoyed our stay here, especially chatting with Vicki over a yummy breakfast. It was great to be able to walk to all the downtown attractions and we enjoyed wandering around taking photos of the old houses and churches within just a few blocks. Our room was large and the bathroom surprisingly so.... More

We had a great experience staying at Minors Pick - Vicki was more than accommodating and helpful. She prepared delicious breakfasts for us, even with a gluten free request! Very friendly, I felt we were leaving friends upon departing. Would definitely recommend to anyone, and hope to stay there again sometime soon!

My wife and I stayed at the Miners Pick our first night in Colorado in September, 2013. We found the owner, Vicky, to be very hospitable and informative. Our room was comfortable and spacious. We thought the location was great. We had time to walk around the town a bit and enjoyed our drive NEARLY to the top of Mt.... More

We stayed one night and wished we had booked more nights. The room is very comfortable and well appointed. I loved the handmade soap in the bathroom and how Vickie had ice ready for our ice bucket for some cool drinks. We also enjoyed the common area upstairs to sit and relax and I especially loved sitting in the beautiful... More

My girlfriend and I stayed one night on our trip around Colorado. It is a very well maintained house, with all the amenities one could ask for. Vicky, the owner, was warm and friendly. She helped us plan the next couple of days of sightseeing. Beds were comfy and the rooms pleasant. When we come back we will definitely stay... More

Firstly let us say that this is a very nice B&B, located within easy walking distance of shops & restaurants. It is well furnished & comfortable & Vicki's breakfasts are very good. Unfortunately, it is on a fairly busy road which would be fine if you are normally used to traffic noise but we are not & found it very... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am sorry that the street noise prevented you from having a more restful stay. I know that other travelers with the same sensitivity will really appreciate your remarks. I am glad however that the rest of your visit was enjoyable. I truly enjoyed meeting you and wish you all... We stayed two nights near the end of June. The owner, Vicky, is an excellent hostess. The premises are very clean and very well located about an hour and a half from the Denver airport. The two breakfasts we had were delicious and timed just for us. It's clear that Vicky puts a lot of thought and effort into the... More

We stayed here for two nights in June 2014. It was a lovely and relaxing little place. There were a lot of special little touches like hand made soap in the bathroom and a flashlight in the bedroom drawer. The breakfasts were fantastic and she was quite helpful with local information. My one regret is not booking it for longer!

I decided to try out Miners Pick B&B for a recent overnight in the Denver area. The B&B is located in the small town of Idaho Springs, which is located at the bottom of Mount Evans (which is a must see!). It is a great location if you are driving west through Denver, as you are outside any major traffic.... More
