Weather and fatigue had shut me down, so thank goodness Hugo had a motel. Office wasn't manned, but a phone number was posted. Carolyn was there in about 10 minutes, even in a snowstorm. Furnishings were classic '70s motel, which I like. But more than that, the place was super, super clean. They have some long-term guests, which might explain the full-sized refrigerator. Comfy beds, nice host and only $44!!! Overall, one of the best lodging experiences I've ever had.
