We recently stayed two nights to visit Hot Sulphor Springs. The room was clean, but did need some updating. The light switch in the main room would only stay on in a certain place and a burner in the kitchen did not heat up to a high temperature. The owner was very nice and tried to make sure we had... My daughter and I stayed at Ute motel. Very clean, staff nice, helpful and friendly. Robes and towels to use at springs were great. We will be back. Good TV with HBO and many channels at no extra charge. we usually stay at big chain hotels. This was a refreshing change.

We stayed 4 nights and it was great. My sister and her husband stayed in the only room with a "kitchen area" so we were able to make burgers and more right in the room. Ours had a door to the same kind of room but it was locked. The walls are really thin but that didn't bother us. The... More

We have stayed here four times in the past seven years. Most of the units have two bedrooms with three beds, making it perfect for our family of four. The units are clean and simple. I love the 1950s touches: beautiful old pine woodwork, chrome bathroom fittings, nice old tiles. The beds are just fine. The people who run the... More

The staff was very friendly and provided us with towels and robes for the springs. We stayed in the king suite, which was quite large. The room was in the back, so we didn't hear much of the traffic. Very good value for the size.

This time we stayed in a king suite and it had a 2nd bedroom with a twin bed, a table and chairs and a kitchen in it - a fridge, sink, 2 burner stove, a toaster and a microwave with plates, cups, glasses, bowls, silverware, utensils, a pot and pan. So it's a great little set up! It's very clean... More

Stayed at the Ute Trail Motel while on a fishing trip that grew from a one day to a two day trip. The price was right and the room was clean, neat and comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and there was plenty of hot water. Satellite TV and a comfortable bed. What more could I ask for. Dee,... More

We were driving to Estes Park and ran into a rain storm. We decided not to trek through the mountains in the ran and in the dark. We stopped at The Ute Trail Motel and Jim was at the desk. He was very friendly and allowed my husband to see the room before we paid. It was the " King... More

Such a cute little 1950's hotel. We stayed in a kitchenette. Two adults and two small dogs. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. We arrived at 8:30PM and hadn't planned well so we didn't have any food. Only place to get anything to eat was a small gas station so we paid $18 for an apple, lunchable, jerky, milk,... More

We stay at the Ute Trail every time we go to Hot Sulphur, two ro three times a year. We get room 2, which is a kitchenette. That unit has 3 rooms including bath, satellite TV, in-room coffee, 2 burner stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, and the cost is extremely reasonable, plus Dee has freebees such as shampoo, tea, etc. in...
