Stopped here for a one night stay on our way to Rocky Mt National Park. It is a bit worn and rustic bit incredibly clean and run by the nicest people! They were very helpful and accommodating. Lack of restaurants in the immediate area but they will give you some great suggestions. We had better TV reception and internet service... More

The hotel is very rustic, a bit worn, but very clean and mostly functional (the lighting in the bathroom and the tub/shower were our only complaints). The internet was very fast and reliable which was a pleasant surprise for such an isolated community. The region is a bit isolated but the local population is very friendly and helpful. The scenery... More

Checked in mid-week on a retired couples getaway. Jim and Dee gave us all the info we could handle on where to hike and eat. The Cottonwood Pass road east is beautiful, downhill, so expect a workout back to your vehicle! He gave us info on getting to Inspiration Point, equally inspiring (sorry!). Nice discount on prices at the Hot... More

Stayed here over Memorial day weekend. The room we had booked with a kitchen thru a booking site was unavailable, but Dee gave us a perfect substitution. We had a mini fridge and microwave and she even offered to give us a hot plate...and took money off the cost. The robes and towels for using at the hot springs is... More

This seems like a family-own motel. The staff is very very nice. When I go to soak in the hot springs, I always stay in this motel. I have stayed in this motel three times, and I am going to stay very soon again. I can bring their towels to the springs. The motel room is small, and it has... More

We recently stayed two nights to visit Hot Sulphor Springs. The room was clean, but did need some updating. The light switch in the main room would only stay on in a certain place and a burner in the kitchen did not heat up to a high temperature. The owner was very nice and tried to make sure we had... My daughter and I stayed at Ute motel. Very clean, staff nice, helpful and friendly. Robes and towels to use at springs were great. We will be back. Good TV with HBO and many channels at no extra charge. we usually stay at big chain hotels. This was a refreshing change.

We stayed 4 nights and it was great. My sister and her husband stayed in the only room with a "kitchen area" so we were able to make burgers and more right in the room. Ours had a door to the same kind of room but it was locked. The walls are really thin but that didn't bother us. The... More

We have stayed here four times in the past seven years. Most of the units have two bedrooms with three beds, making it perfect for our family of four. The units are clean and simple. I love the 1950s touches: beautiful old pine woodwork, chrome bathroom fittings, nice old tiles. The beds are just fine. The people who run the... More

The staff was very friendly and provided us with towels and robes for the springs. We stayed in the king suite, which was quite large. The room was in the back, so we didn't hear much of the traffic. Very good value for the size.
