Room at the end. 117 I think. Pretty private. Clean and tidy despite the age of the facility. Functional. The train is RIDICULOUS but I liked it! First night went to the pools to chill...very enjoyable. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Went back the next day but it was crowded and I was weirded out by the stuff floating in... More

This little resort (probably a misnomer) offers a unique chance for you and your family to experience hot sulphur water springs at various temperatures (from 98-112). The resort rooms are not what you'd expect from a "resort" but rather a very rustic, "Bates Hotel" opportunity to explore your simplistic, adventure side. The setting is serene and definitely less crowded in... More

What a delight to come upon. Family owned natural springs in the middle of the Rockies. Rooms are small but well maintained, nothing fancy. With the room you get that day and the next day use of all the different temperature tubs. They offer coffee in the morning but doesn't start till 8:00

Had a very relaxing time soaking in the pools and a nights stay at the Sulphur Hot Springs. We checked in and the staff was very friendly. The room was very basic but very comfortable. We warned about the train, which YES we did hear but it did not bother either one of us. The vendor even provides earplugs, which... More

I was really looking forward to relaxing in the hot springs but this place is so run down and flat out dirty that I couldn't relax at all. Extremely disappointing! If you don't believe my review and go anyway, bring flip flops (15+ year old carpet in the locker room are wet and nasty), bring your own towel - they... More

This was our first time to stay at the resort. It is very rustic. The rooms are reasonable clean, no bugs, but very simple. The beds are not comfortable. I love the tubs, especially the magnesium tub. It was good to stay there and have the availability of the tubs all day and the next morning. I would stay there... More

Since ownership changed a few years ago the experience has changed. It is expensive for the services. It isn't as clean or friendly. I recommended it to people with health problems like arthritis, fibromyalgia or chronic pain disorders. I contracted West Nile in 2003 and this was my only form of treatment. I overcame it by going weekly over the... More

I have been coming here for over 15 years and always really enjoyed my stay. However, the place is getting more and more run down and feels dirty. Keeping up with deferred maintenance and putting more attention to keeping the place clean would go a long way to making this a much more quality experience.

First off this place should take resort and spa out of its name. It is just a raggedy hotel that is over priced in front of some miniature size pools. This place looked as if it was nice in the 60's. You would think that all the money they have made over the years that they would use it to... More

My husband and I have stayed here countless times and always enjoy it immensely! The rooms are very basic, so if you are looking for luxury, this is not the place to go. The train runs close, but we found that after the first visit where it was sort of shocking at night, it never bothered us again. Lots of... More
