For about $20 you can enjoy all the many hot sulfur pools that they offer. All are different temps so I would suggest starting at a low temp and working your way up. I would suggest going during the morning on a weekday when the crowds are light because most of the pools are small and you want to be... More

A two hour drive from Denver. This is a collection of medium sized and small soaking pools of varying temperature. The setting is man-made, don’t expect anything picturesque. The facilities are dated and the locker rooms are dingy. There are alternatives, seek those out instead.

We paid $18 for each adult for a day to use the sulfur pools/hot tubs. They charge $2 for towels but you are welcome to bring your own. They have lockers, showers and changing rooms for men and women near the pools. There is an indoor space where you check in to eat your sack lunch. Was it worth the... More

We went out of our way to drive to this magnificent collection of natural hot springs. We did not stay at the hotel so I can't speak to that, but the waters in the many small pools were glorious. Start with some of the cooler pools and work your way up to the hottest pools. The grotto itself might be... More

If you are looking for a place to relax look no further. Great service, clean facilities and surrounded by beautiful mountains. It's perfect. I did not get a massage but my understanding is that the therapists are wonderful. A train did pass by during my stay but it just added to the experience. It was a bit startling but it... More

I think calling this a resort leads people to expect more than it is. It is a simple and older hot springs. If you go knowing this, you will be happy with it. The locker rooms are not resort quality but not dirty either. There are plenty of pools but a lot of them are small. We could not enjoy... More

I went over new years and it was cold, so everyone at the place where sharing 1/2 the pools. The Hot pools. Why have a 94 deg. pool in winter that sits empty? Be able to change them as the weather change so we don't have to be like sardines in a can in the small pools. I would up... More

Great for infants too! Though it was really chilly during winter time outdoor soaking into the spa. They also have 2 indoor pools. Looks like this place has been renovated recently. The lobby looks quite new and warm. Didn't stay there. They've got a railway passing within 100 meters, so anyone who's concerned about noise during night may better not... More

very nice springs. some of the best that I have ever seen, and I have been all over. I think they recently changed management; or the owners have accumulated gambling debts; their customer service is terrible and they nickel and dime you over the stupid stuff. really, really dumb. if there managers would just be logical and reasonable this resort... Visited Hot Sulfur Springs for a getaway since I found out that this springs has one of the highest mineral content for natural springs. Loved the individual pools, but more importantly, LOVED that the water is 100% natural mineral water and is not heated. I've been to other springs that have poorly maintained water sources and has to be heated... More
