Stayed here on business 6/29/15. Co-worker who grew up in Holyoke suggested it. It is a fantastic value. The rooms are very clean, beds and pillows are really comfortable (better than some higher-end motels/hotels), roomy, and everything worked just fine. I'll stay here again when in this area.

It's a motel. One side is no frills and the newer portion is a bit nicer. After staying in the room for a few hours, the cigarette smoke got to me. The remote wasn't working well, and the cable sucked. Another 10.00 and I got the upgrade, but am thinking they should have upgraded me without the extra money, since... More

Wow. Didn't think places like this still existed. Actually still used a house key to get into the room. Linoleum was peeling up in the bathroom, hardly any water pressure in the shower. Huge gap in the door jamb into the room. No iron or board. Rickety heater. Lumpy creaky bed. Pretty sure they even still used the old cc... More

We spent two nights here on a weekend, and it was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Definitely not high end, but beds were comfy, shower was clean, unit had its own hot water heater. No coffee maker in the room, but coffee in lobby. When we needed a can opened, the front desk staff let us use theirs. Room smelled good,... More

This is a great motel. Very comfortable and clean. Has every thing you need: Micro, frig, freezer, grills, bed, pillows, TV, desk, wifi, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and a very friendly, helpful staff. It does not provide a sugary, high carb breakfast. But, I do not want it! Very reasonable and I hope I can continue to return here... More

usually I stay in Sidney Nebraska on the way to the Black Hills. This time I stopped here. Crisp sheets, nice bed, clean, comfy, soft towels... and all at half the price I usually pay in Sidney. Pretty town too, much nicer than Cabella-land

Small single story motel with perhaps 25 rooms. Gravel parking, right off the highway. Stayed on a Saturday night at the beginning of a golf trip. Paid $59 including tax. Room was simple but clean with a small fridge. OK wireless internet. A good deal, no complaints. Would stay there again.

Stayed one week due to work in Sterling. Paid $85 for the room. The motels in Sterling were too much money. I was pleased cuz it was right off US-6

Walking into the office I was impressed..... sorta, I got the feeling of, hey, this is great, a nice locally owned motel, free tea and coffee, okay, now what else? I asked, where they have the breakfast in the morning, the attendant replied, "What breakfast?" I thought, "I hope it doesn't cause her face to crack when and IF she... More

I have stayed at this hotel many times. It has progressively gotten worse and worse. The last time - and I do mean the LAST TIME - I stayed there was awful. The room was filthy; blood on the walls by the sink, urine down the front of the toilet and on the floor, filthy shower and tub, curly hair... More
