Some friends and I were here for a scrapbooking retreat. It was a wonderful weekend. The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff and service were great. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning, and the breakfast server went out of her way to make us comfortable. The conference room we used for the scrapbooking event was perfect. Great... more

Myself and three friends stayed at the hotel for four nights. The reception staff on arrival were friendly and greeted us with smiles they were very polite. The rooms were clean and tidy every day the beds were made by the maid. They served good food for breakfast and evening meal. Although the hotel is about 40 min travelling time... more

Stayed here on a weekend and it was dirt cheap, but during the week it is on the more expensive side due to its business-oriented model. In either way, this was a great hotel. Staff was friendly and welcoming, rooms clean and comfy. My bed was quite firm, which I enjoyed, but not everyone does. Did not make it to... more

We stayed here for 3 nights - for a wedding. We didn't use the shuttle service - so can't comment on it. The room was a reasonable size, with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. Bathroom had a tub/shower - the towel rack is inside the shower - slightly wierd. Nice ergonomic office chair and reasonable sized table along with a... more

My family and I stayed at this hotel in December and had a wonderul experience. The hotel is beautiful, the staff was friendly and the customer service was excellent. We had a great time, the kids swam in the indoor pool and my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub. They also have a nice little fitness center and a... more

I had stayed at this hotel on business back in November and was very impressed with the look of the hotel. This hotel looks and feels like an up scale, full service hotel. The service was wonderful, the staff was professional, friendly and attentive. When I had to come back in December, I decided to bring my family and extend... more

My family and I stayed at the Garden Inn for an in-town stay. The front desk employees could not have been nicer or more helpful. The lobby is lovely. The rooms are comfortable and stylish. My kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, even though the pool was a little chilly. We had a package with a movie night,... more

I stayed here for 2 nights while on a business trip. The hotel is very very new. The front desk was very helpful. The room itself was a decent size - not too large but not too small either. It had a small fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. The desk had a nice ergonomic-style chair. It was a very comfortable workspace.... more

Right next door to the Avaya/Lucent headquarters, we stayed in a King Suite when it was 3 weeks old. Our experience at Hilton Garden Inn in Rancho Bernardo, CA led us here and we were not disappointed! The two rooms were HUGE, with an entryway and guest bath connected to a living room area with plush sofa bed, desk and... more
