Staff was very nice, checking in and throughout our stay. When there is an event in the area, parking is monitored. However, I was disappointed in nearby restaurant service/food. We ended up without dinner. Also there were children running around the halls wet from the pool on stone floors. Slip hazard...but that was more lack of supervision than the hotel's...
