The spacious rooms don't overcome the fact that they need updated. The smoke detector was literally hanging from the wall, bathroom sink and faucet need replaced, carpet stains, shower curtain rod barely attached to wall, no cover on the bathroom ceiling light fixture, black spots in shower and on shower curtain (appeared to be hair dye). While the location is... More

Very sketchy people milling about this hotel. Old, smells like drugs, you know it's bad when the sign in the breakfast area says 'shoes required'. "Business center" is one computer in the seating area by the fireplace. "Gym" consists of a treadmill from the 1970's, 1 broken stair stepper and 2 broken bikes, and 2 tv's that don't work, don't... This hotel worked perfect for us. Living room with pullout couch, mini kitchen, separate room with 2 beds. A small arcade room for the kids. Nice breakfast , 2 pools and a spa, perfect place even for locals to have kid parties. Can't wait to stay again.

We stayed in a handicap accessible room. The room was spacious and comfortable. The cost of the room was reasonable and affordable. Finding the hotel was not that easy, so be sure to look at the map provided. The only real disappointment was the breakfast. It was limited in assortment and poorly stocked.

The rooms were immaculate. Check in was easy. The staff remembers me and are so friendly and helpful, they make staying here a huge plus. For the money, this is an excellent value. The breakfast is easy and filling. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a superior weekend experience.

Used this hotel many times before. I was charged 40% more this time than last. Hotel is more run down than before. Staff was great but not enough of them. Staffing problems meant breakfast was not properly presented. Dog poop in the stairway.

pathetic front desk performance. Front desk staff lacks manners and do not know how to deal with customers. Breakfast was pathetic with nothing good insight. By the time I reached for BF at 8.00am every thing edible was gone except a few apples and oranges.

I have some strongly mixed feelings about this property; I experienced a combination of things here that caused both decidedly positive and negative reactions. First of all, despite the snowy conditions when I visited, the lobby and common areas were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and came with both a microwave... More

DO NOT STAY HERE. This place is filthy and nothing works. When you first arrive you will like what you see. The landscaping is very nice and the front desk and pool area look pretty good but once you start down the hall to your room things go south in a hurry. Dingy, smelly, dark and outdated are understatements. Once... More

I stayed here twice during the month of September. Overall the experience is good with a large airy reception, friendly welcome and very knowledgeable staff. The rooms are well appointed and quiet. The state of the rooms is good - clean, well furnished, coffee machine that works and a great bed. They let themselves down on my second visit -... More
