Lovely A-frame home, conveniently located, friendly owner, comfortable room and good breakfast. We stayed in the Lincoln room which overlooks Lake Granby. It was a weekday, so we had the place to ourselves, and felt right at home. Shopping and restaurants are nearby in Granby and Grand Lake. I would stay with Kathy again and would highly recommend Coyote Ridge... more

My husband and I spent 3 nights here on a trip to Rocky Mountain National Park. The B&B is about 7 miles south of the small town of Grand Lake. We were in the Lincoln Room, upstairs with large windows facing Lake Granby. It also faces the highway, but there is very little traffic at night, so it's quiet by... more

Terrific B&B experience. Chalet-type home converted to B&B, with 4 or 5 guest rooms upstairs (no elevator, if that's a concern; 2 flights of stairs to manage). Hostess Kath is lovely and accommodating. We booked the Lincoln Room, which is the largest, with views over the lake, although the house is across the road from the water. This room is... more

Kathy is a great host and serves a great breakfast. The Coyote Ridge is a short drive from Grand Lake(one of my favorite places). There is a very nice view of Lake Granby and the mountains across the lake from Kathy's sitting/dining room. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Kathy is a wonderful host and was very helpful in reccomending... more

We stayed with Kathy in April 2007 and had a fantastic time! We were traveling cross country with 3 adults and a baby. Kathy went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Breakfast was delicious both days. Kathy even made a special dish for my 9-month-old to eat! I still make her wonderful apple oven pancakes for special occasions!... more

Quiet location with views over the lake. Good size rooms with gas fire. Sitting area in room but without television, but there is a communal room downstairs with a television for those with withdrawal symptoms. Nice breakfast. If you're looking for somewhere for dinner there are a number of restaurants in Grand Lake. more

Coyote Ridge B&B is a very cozy home away from home - in a residential setting overlooking the lake. We slept so soundly as it's a very quiet location. It's a few miles away from Grand Lake going away from the national park, which we loved, but if you're looking for something within walking distance from town this wouldn't be... more

My husband and I spent three nights at Coyote Ridge B&B. It's a beautiful, clean B&B, with spectacular views. The rooms appear as they do on the Web site; and Kathy, the innkeeper, obviously enjoys entertaining guests. I did not realize when I made our reservation that the lodge is not walking distance to any shops, restaurants or services. It's... more

Our stay at Coyote Ridge B&B was really nice. We spent our vacation at Rocky Mountain National Park and spent our first three days camping at the KOA in Estes Park. Then, we moved for the last three days to Coyote Ridge in Grand Lake. If we had it to do over again, we probably would have stayed on the... more

My husband and I just spent an overnight at the Coyote Ridge B&B as part of a broader trip to the greater Denver area. It was a great experience and a good value. Kathy the innkeeper was the consumate hostess -- the morning's breakfast was hot, plentiful, and delicious and she provided great insights into places to go and local... more
