We stayed with Kathy in April 2007 and had a fantastic time! We were traveling cross country with 3 adults and a baby. Kathy went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Quiet location with views over the lake. Good size rooms with gas fire. Sitting area in room but without television, but there is a communal room downstairs with a television for those with withdrawal symptoms. Nice breakfast. If you're looking for somewhere for dinner there are a number of restaurants in Grand Lake. more

Coyote Ridge B&B is a very cozy home away from home - in a residential setting overlooking the lake. We slept so soundly as it's a very quiet location.
