The room we had was spacious and well equipped. A bit noicy though from the highway nearby. Simple continental breakfast. Wifi was rather slow. The room rate was quite high, probably due to the high season. Anyway, it is a good stop before entering the Rocky Mountains NP

This is a place where the owners appear to be trying very hard to make a decent place. The room was nice and roomy and the beds were comfortable. We had a complimentary smore on the patio in the evening, which was a really nice touch. There is a bit of a "sensory overload" with all the mountain motif that... More

One of the nicest places we stayed during a 9-day trip in Rocky Mountains. Grand Lake is an interesting town and this Inn really understands how to take care of visitors. We had a beautiful balcony room with very cool furnishings, there was a wonderful lodge great room (log cabin look) with games, bar, musical entertainment, large porch with fires... More

Both great, good, and bad to report: Bad: 1. They need a new type of reservation system! A large group took over the hotel for a wedding and MANY reservations got mixed up. Our daughter's room got canceled (she was one of the first to book a reservation) that finally got fixed, our son's stay was scheduled for 3 nights... More

This is a delightful mountain hotel. The beds were made from logs and the room comfortable. Jennifer at the check in desk was so helpful. She even helped us resolve a computer issue we were having with our personal computer. Love the young people's expertise! The highlight was fixing s'mores on the deck over the fire pit table. A special... More

Our room here was nice, with a nice balcony overlooking the lake and a comfy bed. The bar off the lobby has a very strange vibe. It felt like it was only for locals. When we walked in, the guys sitting at the bar all turned and stared, very weird, so we didn't stay. Yes, this place offers a free... More

sqrlgirl, Thank you for the review. We are very sorry that you didn't find the breakfast appetizing. It is served from 6:30 to 10:00 AM and we try to keep it fully stocked throughout that time. As for the bar, we do welcome everyone whether you are a guest of the hotel or a town local. Most guests do find... More

Charming hotel, with good amenities. Rooms were large, well designed, and comfortable. No issues with noise, which was a pleasant surprise since they have a full bar and restaurant in the center of the hotel. Hotel is reasonably priced for what you get, especially when you consider that you are a mile from the national park. If you think otherwise,... More

Thank you for your kind review! We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay. If using a GPS to find us it can be a little difficult. They don't seem to work as well in the mountains as they do in the city. You can always call the front desk and we will happily give you directions the best... More

We booked #112, with two queen beds parking lot view based on previous TripAdvisor reviews. This hotel is located just a mile from Rock Mountain National Park, but requires a car to get into town for dining. Reviewers correctly commented that the hotel featured a huge wrap around balcony with fire pits as well as a great room with fireplace... More

Wanda 71 We are very sorry to hear about the noisy experience. July 4th weekend can be a little crazy in Grand Lake every year. We do hold a deposit upon booking which is equal to 1 nights stay. Had you been staying for more then one night we would charge the first night as the deposit and the rest... More

We really enjoyed our overnight stay at the Inn. Very nice lounge and balcony area over looking lake with comfy chairs, live music and fire pits. Free popcorn and s'mores. Board games scattered around and game tables. Really nice complimentary breakfast with donut holes, homemade granola, Egg and cheese crescents, raisin bread etc.
