stayed here for one night before our hike. Very nice and friendly staff, helped with questions that we had. Great atmosphere. Enjoyed the stay. Great location to everything. Breakfast was pretty much "help yourself" which was nice, so we were able to eat and get out before day break. Will stay again for sure.

We rented 2 rooms for multiple nights. Being upstairs, the kids had lots of fun on the balcony going between rooms. With the low price, it made the basis for a great family outing. Also have a very good family restaurant downstairs and a park with a playground across the street helped.

Nice, clean and updated. Our unit, #18, was a shared cabin and was built in the 1920's I believe. It was fairly small but fine for a night's stay. The bathroom was like a European bathroom which are a bit tight but served its purpose. You could hear through the wall but luckily, our cabin mates were fairly quiet and... More

Stopped here for one night on our back to Denver, a great location for the Rocky Mountain National Park. We stayed in room 15 and while it didn't have a great view it was quiet, spacious and extremely comfortable. The room had been refurbished fairly recently and we were very happy with it. We didn't book in advance and got... More

My husband and I were in one of the rooms that faced the park, not Grand Avenue, and we were both impressed with the noise level from the restaurant downstairs, from everyone on the street, from the nightly Bingo game in the park, EVERYONE who walked past our room at the top of the stairs to get to their rooms,... We stayed at the Inn for one night. The location is great. The room was clean. You can walk to everything. The owner is updatiing. When we arrived the windows could not be locked. They opened onto the walkway on the top deck. After talkiing with Mandy, the manager agreed to cut dowls to put in the window to make... More

Great location downtown next to large park if you have kids. Older hotel. Rooms are clean. Not advised for people who have trouble climbing stairs. there is no elevator. Great BBQ resturant down stairs that also serves a great breakfast. Its called the Sagebrush. Reservations are sugested as they fill up fast.

I was not impressed. This place was fairly expensive (yes, it was a Sat night in high season) $140 for a small room. No AC, Stuffy, Noisy, tiny bath room, no one at the front desk much of the time. Our TV's only channels were pay-per-view or infomercial. On the plus side, our room was clean. It was right downtown... More

We stayed in a double, and the two beds with three people was a little bit crowded. But we were just staying there for a quick overnight, all we needed was a place to crash between two days of hiking, so it worked for us.

This Inn is A-Ok. We stayed in room #15 which didn't have a great view but the bed was comfy and the location was great! It is definitely more of a bargain room, not made for luxury. Keep in mind that the Inn is right above the Sagebrush Bar so if there's live music that night, you will hear it,... More
