The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave, but the fridge was unplugged when we arrived. The heat was not on in the room and I was told it would take a while to warm up. I arrived at 3 pm and the room was still not warm at 6... More

I stayed here while doing some snowmobiling in the area with some friends. It was a very good choice. The prices were very reasonable and offered much more than expected. The service was excellent and the employees were quite personable, I came to learn that it is operated by the owners and it is seen that they take pride and... More

Location OK, walking distance to almost any facility in Grand Lake Room was dark (we got the one by stairs) and veeeery warm. I can't sleep with noisy AC on, so not very relaxing. There's hot tub, but was occupied, so I can't review that. Wifi was weak and slow, good signal only by window.

We were stuck without a room and were sort of backed into this place. It was incredibly clean and spacious. There was a fridge and microwave which were really missed in other hotels on our trip. It is family owned and operated place. Though they bickered in ear shot about the hassle of providing us with a crib, they set... More

We stayed 2 nights. The room was clean and everything was in working order. The location could not be better, just 5 minutes from the Rocky Mountain National Park and the Grand Lake. The in room fridge and mini microwave were an added bonus. The breakfast was coffee, juice and sweet rolls, and a bit better than in other motels... More

I spent just one night here, Sept. 1, 2013, Labor Day weekend. I found the room to be clean and quiet. There was a room frig and a microwave and, of course, a hair dryer along with basic amenities for the bathroom. I found both queen beds to be extremely hard, kind of reminded me of a massage table. I... More

Take a good location, right next to the downtown, with an easy walk add a clean room and reasonable cost there you have it. Parking is a little cramped and breakfast is, wait, not sure they offered that but there are numerous options within striking distant. Depend on your taste for either or and be satisfied.

Although I haven't stayed in a Motel 6 in awhile, this hotel is nothing more than a Motel 6. If it were anywhere other than Grand Lake, my Queen room would go for $45.00. I paid $115.00. First the positives. The A/C is excellent. You can get the temp exactly where you want. There is a separate heating system. The... More

The room was clean, everything worked, and we had no problems at all. Very close to the downtown area, within walking distance of the stores and the lake. We stayed one night, Thursday, July 25, 2013. Would we stay here again? The answer is yes.
