We stayed in the "Executive Suite" last night. First of kristie was very rude when we asked for it she said do you know how much that cost can you afford it? Taken back by her remark I replied yes n can we please have a crib she said uh yes if I can find one. She gave us the... More

I stayed here for over 2 months early last year (Feb-March 2013). I had an excellent room on the top floor of the Northeastern building. I had a big room with a table and a desk, microwave, mini-fridge and coffee maker. Ther internet was decent and they gave me a great weekly rate. We were in grand Junction for almost... More

Thank you for the visit and the review. We are pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay with us. The room you mentioned is in the building that has some of largest rooms in the Grand Junction area. Since your stay, we have replaced all our wireless internet equipment, hopefully making your internet connection go from 'decent' to 'great'. We... More

The first night was awesome. The beds are super soft. The hotel is older, but clean. The second night was a different story. At about 3 am we woke up to the VERY strong smell of Cigarette smoke. I specifically requested a NON-Smoking room. After calling the front desk to complain I was informed the room next to us was... More

Thank you for your multiple night stay and the review. Your first sentence is the start to a wonderful review. Sadly at some point in the hotel, the smoking rooms will have to be adjacent to a non-smoking room. These locations have been picked based on dedicated ventilation and proximity to the least number of rooms. Without inconveniencing our smoking... More

We stayed here for a weekend meeting, which is why I didn't bother to check the hotel ratings prior to booking. I am sad to say, that was a mistake. The hotel is conveniently located and the staff was very nice, but the rooms were almost unbelievably bad. Stained carpet, bad smells, very old mattresses (you can feel each bedspring),... More

Thank you for your honest feedback. We do appreciate reviews and very rarely disqualify them. Some of your concerns are easily addressed, yet others are not. Many of the mattress on the property have been updated recently with other upgrades in the rooms. Unfortunately your comment of being an exceptionally busy weekend with an abnormally large group is accurate. We... More

While this wasn't the most upscale hotel, overall our family was comfortable during our stay. The room was fairly large and accommodated the 4 of us nicely. The air conditioning didn't work & the room got a little hot, but we were able to open the window, which really helped. The main issue I had was that each double bed... More

Thank you for both the stay and the review. We appreciate your comments about the size of the rooms and the location. Hopefully the medical problems were taken care of quickly. When visiting our property, and even others, please ask the front desk for any additional linens or pillows you would like. We have extras and are willing to provide... More

Wow.....the rooms are big, but don't expect to flush the toilet or use the A/C cause you can't. Had to leave a floater for hours because only water would flush. Sleep in your car if you are considering this hole in the wall

We are glad you decided to stay with us, despite being a local resident of our city. Whatever your reasons for staying at a local hotel, your plumbing issues are easily addressed. The property has an on-site maintenance person that can address problems quickly. More

We could not find a decent rate for one night in Grand Junction, and booked this because it was the cheapest we could get at a place near the airport. Since we were flying out at 6:30 am we wanted to stay right near the airport. After reading the reviews I was terrified we would have a bad experience and... More

All was very good with this hotel apart from the poor wifi although it may well have been the effect of the September flash floods and thunderstorms. We would stay here again although probably in a floor not on ground level as there was a lot of noise in the morning from the room above (squeaky floor) at 6.00 am.

I stayed here because I had to and I thought Ramada is a good place and since they are associated with Ramada I thought they would be good. MISTAKE!! Horrible that they give Ramada such a bad reputation. The rooms are ok. We did see a couple bugs in the room. I got Charged 10 Dollars of a play pen... More

We are thankful you enjoyed your stay. The Ramada has the same ownership, but the Country Inns has no affiliation otherwise. The pool is open seasonally for the reason of being difficult to maintain temperature in Colorado. Considering the date of your comment, it would have been towards the end of summer when the weather does start to cool off.... More

My family stayed at this hotel several days ago. I can not believe such a broken hotel is still in business. The smell was terrible even in the lobby and we were give a KEY, not a card for the door. We do take safety as a priority. Each room as two forms of safety for that very reason. This website also seems to be one of the only that believes our housekeeping standards are lacking.
