I am sorry that your room was not ready when you arrived. While we often check people in at 11am or noon if the room is ready...the official check in time is 3pm. I am not aware of anyone being told to wait until 4pm to check in. Our maids are usually gone by 2pm. It is a little more... More

We stayed at the QI on MLK weekend. The room was very spacious with a recliner, microwave, and fridge. The room was very clean, and comfortable . “Nice room and staff”

Wife and I stayed here one night traveling through... We used our choice points for the room. Room was clean, staff was VERY NICE and bent over backwards to answer our ?'s... Breakfast was ok.. Elevators were hidden behind soda machines.. Tough to find while walking down the hall..

“Top 5 of the Quality Inns”

Check in was easy and quick. The staff was real friendly and helpful. The dinner buffet and breakfast buffet were outstanding. The manager took time to talk to us. Rooms were nice size, very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

“Really great value”

Clean. Comfortable. Great breakfast. AAA rate. Not outdated. Best location I have stayed at in this price range. Is now my preferred stop on I-70. Will try another Quality Inn on my I-40 return because of this experience.

I am terribly sorry about the elevator. The elevator was neglected by the old elevator maintenance company. I was paying them a fee for monthly maintenance. They allowed the elevator to run without oil in it. The entire elevator control unit had to be replaced. It is all new now. The only thing that they kept was the car itself.... More
