The rooms are comfortable and modern, but above all, they are impeccably clean. The lobby area bar and lounge are nice, and they accept dogs for a reasonable fee. Breakfast is included... It's just ok. I would love for the coffee to be improved. I would then give this hotel a 5 star rating.

We stayed here for two nights. The rooms have a very unique layout and were very clean. The hotel staff is very friendly. It's a wonderful location. Every Thursday evening they have live music in the lobby. The bar is nice, although a tad pricey. The parking fee of 5 dollars is a little odd, but reasonable. The pool is... More

Love location, lots of things to walk to. Bed was comfortable. Room was VERY clean. Bar fun, social area and live music nice touch. Breakfast ok, eggs, meat, waffles. Wifi kind of slow. Swimming pool strangely small, but you can use fair not across the street. Glass doors on bathroom wake everyone. $5 parking kind of weird especially since it's... More

Previous stays were fine - it seems they're skimping on basic maintenance now. The bed quality was very poor, and I was in a preferred guest room. Changed rooms and that bed was also old/needed replacement. The staff is helpful and nice, but that's not a substitute for a well-maintained hotel.

Whenever I am in grand junction I stay at the spring hill suites. It is a nice hotel with nice, newer rooms at good rates. It is in the middle of grand junction near lots of shops. They offer a free breakfast buffet and they have chuppa chups at the checkin counter which is a small feature but a nice... More

Why is it that hotels seem to insist on having stained carpets these days? We stayed I room 528 and the first thing we were treated to we three big stains right inside the door. The housekeepers see these right? The rooms were were average, and quiet. The breakfast was good and the dining area was pretty clean. I've stayed... More

Thank you for the review of your recent stay at the SpringHill Suites. Every process put in place is aimed at providing you with an unforgettable hotel experience. Sometimes, with high occupancy and fast turnover, spills and stains are not able to be attended to immediately. We do appreciate you bringing our attention to this oversight and housekeeping will make... More

I travel quite frequently for work; usually quick one night stays in unremarkable hotels with trips that happen so fast I have no idea where I've been or what's to see around me. So, imagine my surprise when the friendly shuttle driver announced that I was going to the best hotel in town and that he should know because he... More

Stayed here for my 2nd time. My daughter goes to Mesa University and this is my hotel of choice. Only disappointments is that as a Marriott Rewards Member I would only get Wi-Fi free for one night, when I think WiFi should be free for everyone, every night. The WiFi was also a little inconsistent. The only other disappointment, and... More
