We spent the night at Los Altos last night, and had a wonderful experience. We stayed in Nina's room and it perfectly fit our needs. I was traveling with my 10 and 13 year old sons, so this room with a queen and double bed was great. In the evening, we enjoyed sitting outside the house watching an amazing sunset,... More

Very pleased with Los Altos! Wonderful views out over Grand Junction and Palisade. Accommodations were nice. Richard, the brother of the owners was manning the fort while we were there and he was very friendly and incredibly attentive to the details. He genuinely cared that we enjoyed our stay and that made it all the better from our perspective.

Thank you for the review. It was very nice to hear from you especially we left the place with Richard, our brother. We knew he'd do a great job and your review confirmed it. We are very glad that you enjoyed your stay. Lee & Young-ja More

This beautiful building is situated on a hilltop with stunning views all around. We had room number 2 at the back (east side) of the building. There is a porch in front of your room, unfortunately (in our case) not with chairs. The owner Lee is a kind man who likes to talk and tell stories from his experiences in... More

Thank you for the review. It is good to get a feed-back from our guests. We do have several hair dryers we loan out for guests who need them. Sorry you didn't get one. We will make a point to ask if guest needed a hair dryer. Rooms with a private balconies have lawn chairs for a particular patio but... More

This is a wonderful B&B. We originally reserved Jennifer's Room for a 2 night stay, but after we checked in, we saw that the Vista suite was vacant and up-graded. The suite is magnificently spacious, finely decorated, and boasts panoramic views from the very private deck. The gourmet breakfasts were delicious. The hosts are friendly, lovely people and delightful to... More

Los Altos is perched atop of a hill giving it an expansive view of the entire Colorado River valley from vinyards to the ramparts of the nearby Colorado National Monument. We stayed but one night in Jennifer's room and did not have a chance to fully avail ourselves of the beautiful views and opportunities for hiking or biking nearby. The... More

We got lucky when all Grand Junction hotels were full due to a bike race. Sought out this B&B for its proximity to Colorado National Monument, and as a good jumping off point for a road trip to Arches. As we wound through the development to find it, we joked and hoped it was that beautiful house on the highest... More

Lee and Young Ju are wonderful hosts. The Vista Suite is beautiful, welcoming with added details that make you feel at home and comfortable. The views of Grand Junction with mountains and mesas beyond are wonderful. After a delicious dinner at Garfield's we enjoyed a soak in the large tub which helped us relax after a full day of hiking... More

For two nights we stayed in Jennifer’s Room at this immaculate and comfortable B&B. It is on the first floor with a door to the outside . . . very convenient. At first we thought we were lost; the approach is through a suburban neighborhood. But a small sign welcomed us up a steep driveway, and there it was! Los... More

We spent 2 nights in the red-carpeted Johnny Appleseed room at Los Altos and had a wonderful stay. We thought it was very reasonably priced, and our room was nicely appointed (though it was missing the TV that is advertised on the website for this specific room). The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and since it was August, we... More

We stayed with Young-ja and Lee in early May for a couple of days in the Sunset View room. As others have mentioned the house sits on the top of a bluff of sorts with fantastic views of the Grand Junction area. It actually sits below the Colorado National Monument. Their B&B is immaculate with an elegance about it. The... More
