We stayed at the Inn by default for a wedding at the Granby Lodge. All condos were taken at the lodge so we settled for this place since it was only for one night and we would just be sleeping there. I would rather have just driven back to Winter Park for the night. First of all, it doesn't matter... More

I'm sure this place was nice in it's hey day, but now it appears to be quite dated. This isn't a hotel, per se, but a fractional ownership property that rents out the unused units. It appears that some of the units are quite nice depending on if those who "own" them have updated them. Unfortunately the unit we got... More

The room itself was pleasant, rustic, and had a fireplace. Unless its a hopping place in the winter, it seems like it used to be quite the place to be. It may be outdated, but if you appreciate older rustic, its for you. Its a large facility but does need TLC. Personally, I enjoyed the room for its atmosphere and... More

After reading others' reviews on Tripadvisor, it was clear that the Inn itself is in need of serious updates. However, if you use VRBO, the condos are gorgeous! They are updated, clean, comfortable, and enjoyable. We stayed with family, so we rented both the loft and adjoining room. Everything about it was fantastic. There is a grocery store across the... In serious need of an update. We saw 3 different rooms and all were unacceptable. No air conditioning! Curtis at customer service was not very knowledgeable. We elected not to stay after viewing the 2nd and 3rd room. Went back to tell Curtis we were not staying to find out he had already charged out card for all 3 rooms.... More

Last minute stay as we were enroute to RMNP, and had no idea where we would be night before... unfortunately, we wound up here :( Curtis, who was at the front desk was extremely pleasant, and the food at the restaurant on property was decent, and reasonably priced. Otherwise, nothing good to say. Hallway stunk of must... room was very... More

Seemed like most of the guests were tenants living in the facility permanently. Common areas smelled very musty. Our room was decent but extremely small by today's standards for 2 queen beds. The bath was done decently but the property suffered from low shower pressure. Parked the car within view of the room just to make sure nothing was broken... More

Hubby and I enjoyed our one night stay. The room was reasonably priced, clean, we had a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. It was convenient for our visit to the Rocky Mtn Nat'l Park. The front desk workers were pleasant and helpful.. I enjoyed seeing the White Pelicans in the nearby pond. Hubby also enjoyed the hub tub in the... More

The staff was friendly, but that was the only nice thing about our experience. We checked in late on Friday evening - it was almost midnight, and we were immediately put into a room (656) which smelled like cheap cinnamon air freshener covering up stale musty air. Everything seemed old and we just hoped it was clean because we were... More

The hotel really is in need of updating! I brought my dog and the put me on the third floor! The location is far from Grandby. I guess if your skiing in winter park and need an inexpensive plase to stay.......even though it cost me over $100 for the night!
