I was expecting a lot more for $189 per night.
The hotel room was barely average, the restaurant was not open except for dinner, and there was only one shuttle in the AM and one returning in the PM to and from SolVista. (Unlike what was advertised)
The swimming pool and hot tubs were over run in the evening with seasonal workers and so was not "comfortable" for a family with small children. The front desk staff, multiple people, were barely pleasant and seemed stressed. We could not get a receipt showing payment or balance when we checked out as the front desk clerk did not know how to use the printer.
The brochure also advertised: "You can earn free lift tickets and lodging when you purchase three or more lodging nights and ski days." When I inquired I was told that "it wasn't true" and "I will have to speak to my supervisor" and then was told that it wasn't available(?)
