This Ramada is very old, the carpet buckles in the hallways. The room had a peculiar odor. We left the window open day and night. The ceiling was horrible, uneven and a patch was painted over an apparent leak. The paint did not match. There was mold around the outside of the tub. We were on the second floor overlooking the... One issue: 1. A/C was not working the last night of our stay and made it uncomfortable sleeping. Enjoyed the Restaurant, nightclub/bar, games, hot tub, room service. All very good!

My friend had the first full nights sleep in months. We were in a suite and enjoyed having the full kitchen and living area separate from the bedroom. It was easy access to the bike paths, hot springs, railroad station and downtown.

I booked this hotel online through the Wyndham Rewards website. There was a cancellation deadline and I cancelled before the deadline after reading horrid reviews on this site. I was charged for two nights anyway. I called the hotel directly after I saw the charge and they said I no-showed. I told them I did not that I had a... More

I guess we are picky about our hotels, but we could not stay here once we viewed the room. There were stains on the ceiling. The shower had hair in the drain and an open bar of soap on the floor. There was a strange smell in the room and the bed was lumpy. That was enough to not unpack... More

We made a reservation for one night via Expedia for a non-smoking room. We were scheduled to arrive late (10 pm), and had made that clear when making the reservation. When we arrived, we were told that there was only one room left and it was a smoking room. When we explained that that was not what we had paid... More

My wife and I spent a great mini vacation at the Ramada for 2 days. It's not a 5 star hotel, but the staff are 5 star professionals. They go out of their way to suggest activities and will accommodate your every need. Breakfast was good and the location was central to all the things we wanted to do (hot... More

Do not stay in this hotel if you value your sleep! Our room was directly above the night club that played extremely LOUD music until 1:45am. The hotel was full so there was no opportunity to switch rooms. The front desk was apologetic in the morning and promised to have the manager call us but we have not heard from... More

Overall, this hotel is nice, very comfortable and affordable, little bit outdated, but it still has some special charm. I like service very much, clean rooms and of course great location!!! Only probably one suggestion I would leave for management of this hotel, that smoking and non smoking rooms are across the hallways, why wouldn’t it be on different floors.... More

I was placed at this hotel through a Hotwire find and was pleased with it. The property is clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent: easily walkable to many attractions in the area.
