The hotel itself was all right. Not awful, but not not great. We stayed there to get the free passes to their HUGE natural hot springs pool. It is definetly worth staying there just for the pool. But it would be smarter to get a cheaper room somewhere else and just buy passes to the pool. I must say though,... more

Considering what we paid for the room, I expected a little more effort to try to find my cell phone charger that I left in the room, but they just didn't seem to care. more

After several stays in Glenwood Springs to go to the pool we finally decided to try the lodge. Overall we were disappointed. Know what you are getting! The rooms are really small. The bathroom was decent but there was so little water coming out of the shower that it took about ten minutes to get the conditioner out of my... more

My wife and I took our teenage daughters and two of their friends. We got a room with two queens and a fold out sofa. It accommodated us all well. For one night room rate we received six passes for the pool for two days. Our package alsoincluded six passes to the adventure park in town. After all the passes,... more

I stayed at the Lodge with my 2 daughters. It was $199 for the night, but this included the huge Hot Springs Pool for the day of arrival AND the next day, when we checked out. The room is on the small side, but it is decorated nicely and it was clean. I was going to stay somewhere a little... more

Dear Friends, if you are in search of the above, search no longer! The facility is only surpassed by the people who "work" here! Truly, if you are in need of stress-free meetings, after meeting relaxation, your search has ended. This is what all us "business" folk are in constant search for, and now, it has been found. Come and... more

We booked a room for two nights but left after one. The only things the $180 room has that a Super 8 does not have is a safe and a balcony. There were two queen beds but that's all. Not even enough room for a table and chairs (which Super 8 has). Although the pool is included, the workout room... more

I booked this weekend for a romantic weekend away for my husband's birthday. I think it is considered an "off peak" weekend, which was really to our benefit. Staff spaced room assignments very well; there were others there but nowhere near our room and we couldn't hear them. Fantastic access to pools & downtown. We took the train from Denver,... more

As a wheelchair user, I was able to enjoy my stay with some caveats. The door to my room opened on a short, narrow hall that meant I could not get my hands on my wheel rims as I went through. The hotel sets higher than the pool, so that while the slope is acessible, it can be strenuous to... more

My wife and i stayed here on sept 15th 2008 for one night. The hotel-- There is not much to the hotel itself.I would rank it with a holiday inn or on the same level . the room was clean and had enough space for us. The parking is the only thing i saw strange in a good way. you... more
