We were there on New Year's Eve and we were planning to stay longer, but because of the poor conditions we had to rebook to a different hotel. Sheets stunk, blankets had rippings and spots, stains on the floor, the appliances seemed like collected from a garage sale. The worst of all was that we had to rebook to a... More

This hotel was a great bargain compared to everything else in Glenwood and we had a very nice stay. Our room was clean and the bathroom seemed recently redone. We were able to bring our dog for a $15 fee. We used the hot tub, which was very relaxing after our hike that day, and the pool was the cleanest... More

We were here for one night. Staff was very friendly at check in and checkout. The room was very clean. I'm very picky about where we stay. I cant comment regarding the breakfast. We decided to try a restauran5 in town. The views from this hotel were amazing. I would recommend this hotel. We will be returning.

We were looking for a place to sleep in Glenwood or Carbondale with no reservation made in advance. This place had decent ratings. We did not seek luxury nor did we find it here. Given the price, average is a fair rating overall. Breakfast is in the poor to terrible range. Eat elsewhere if you care about food. But if... More

We stayed as part of a large group that bought out most of the hotel for a rafting weekend, The cost was fair and rooms much larger than expected. It was great that each room had a fridge and microwave. The pool was a nice feature! We all enjoyed hanging out there!

Very dated motel was clean and room very spacious. Large room has two queen beds, small flat screen TV and very, very small bathroom. Sink in main room. Breakfast was very skimpy carpet was very worn and other furniture was also dated. Good parking for vehicle and beautiful setting of motel. Internet was very slow

This isn't a 5 Star but the rooms are always clean and the staff are always SO VERY nice! We "take over" the hotel a couple times a year and they are always so very accommodating and willing to do just about anything they can to make us comfortable. Breakfast, juice and coffee is provided every morning (and it's pretty... More

Having driven across Route 66 only to see lareg chains buying up prime motel space, it was refreshing to see a privalety run property providing the service here at the best price in town. A 10 minute walk to the river / center of town meant the car could stay parked for the night. Personable service from the owner on... More
