We love Glenwood Springs and have stayed at the BW Antlers before and will stay there again. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast has a nice variety. It is just a few blocks walk to the Hot Springs Pool and other attractions. Great place to stay!

Between the substandard beds and having to trade in towels, I was not pleased with money I paid to stay here. There are no incentives as there are with other hotels in the area. It isn't a bad place, it was clean and such, but definitely not worth what they charge for the room. I would not recommend, you can... More

Stayed as a group--rented 7 rooms (2K's and 5 DQ's). Quality of rooms varied SIGNIFICANTLY. Some of the DQ's were much better than the others (newer furniture, larger, more like a suite--despite paying same price for all rooms). The king I stayed in (as the group leader) was VERY small--barely enough room to move around the bed! Floor was filthy... More

We stayed in this hotel for two nights, having reserved the room on the internet. When we arrived, I requested two beds and had to pay a little more for a two bedroom suite because the only room they had for us had only one bed. The rooms are spotlessly clean. The bathroom was a bit dated looking but was... More

The Best-Western Antlers Inn has a lodge-like atmosphere in a very scenic locale, with several buildings set into a rise of the mountains surrounding Glenwood Springs. It’s a fairly large complex so we can only comment on our room, which appeared to be in the older portion of the property. Our room was of a good size and comfortably appointed;... More

Great location off highway, we stayed for a wedding in July. Hotel had an outdoor pool. Window in bathroom was a plus. Room was clean. No fridge but they did have ice and vending machines. I'm going to say it very family friendly, it was just my husband and I for a weekend wedding we attended.

Location of hotel is very convenient to walk to most of the attractions and to downtown Glenwood Springs. The rooms are very clean and fairly new in condition. There is only a small window so very little natural light gets through. The breakfast was reasonable, very much the same as most Best Westerns. The large grassy area around the hotel... More

The lodge-like character of the property and ambiance of the nicely remodeled room was great. We asked for a room with some handicap assistance and the staff did their best to accommodate us with a room with convenient access. The room was a little small. probably because this is an older hotel and the lighting was quite low most likely... More

The continental breakfast had a large variety and something for everyone. I would suggest to the owners that they hire more help for preparing the breakfast areas - only ONE girl was preparing food, refilling the cereals, all food areas and paper goods, etc. and making coffee. She was very overwhelmed but was very gracious and friendly and was doing... More
