PRO's: Hotel was clean. Front desk was polite. CON's: No pool. No views of Mountains. Older hotel. Breakfast was on the very processed side.... Strange egg mixture, rehydrated potatoes, pancakes like hockey pucks and syrup that tasted really watered down. For a few dollars more, we prefer to stay at the Marriott Residence Inn in Glenwood Springs. It is only... More

We love this hotel. It is small and convenient. The linen is clean and the beds comfortable. We especially like the room that has the bunk bed room adjoining. The staff is friendly and accomodating. The breakfast gets old but, I am sure it is so because we stay here so often. The hotel is safe and close enough but... More

The hotel was a good choice as it was within a couple of miles of everything in Glenwood Springs. The good features of the hotel was as follows, friendly check-in guy at the front desk, the room was a good size, had underground parking and had an excellent complimentary breakfast with both hot and cold items...eggs, pancakes, waffles, sausage as... We had a small suite with a king size bed, seating area, large bathroom, microwave, a small fridge, and a decent sized balcony. The room was clean and in good condition. Staff was friendly. I had read some negative comments about the complimentary breakfast, but not sure what they are looking for. The items available for breakfast are the most... More

Ok, first of all, i checked in and was given the wrong room, the room i paid for was taken. I was given a similar room and it was perfect. Clean, spacious, laundry facilities, great free hot breakfast, free wifi and cable tv. It was a little removed from the "downtown" area but not a big deal. would stay here... More

I really loved our stay in Glenwood Springs. This hotel is pretty new and pretty nice. The beds were not very comfortable and squeaked like crazy. (I take away a star for crappy beds). Outside of that, everything was clean and modern. The breakfast here was very good with a huge variety of options and even has some protein /low... More

It wasn't our first time to stay here, but this time our experience were awesome. We arrived at Glenwood Springs way earlier than expected, the nice gentleman/customer service let us checked in early which is helpful when you have kids. He also offer for us to eat breakfast since they are still serving it. This is the best breakfast so... More

Clean room with very comfortable king bed. Checking in was easy, and it was quiet on the river side. Having a full breakfast was a very nice perk usually not seen in this price range. We stayed for two nights over Christmas to visit family, and this hotel was perfect. Included micro and fridge.

The good: The Hotel Staff was very accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable and the TV worked great. The not so good: We did have a lamp that did not work in the room, and the Internet was up down up down. Manager reset the modem and it cleared up for awhile and then returned. The Ugly: (not the... We visited mid-November and were supposed to stay 2 nights then move on to a neighboring town but liked the hotel so much that we extended our stay with them. We usually stay in boutique style hotels for the character but gave this place a try and are glad we did. Great price. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were... More
