My sister, myself, and her daughters went to Glenwood Springs for a little get-away at Fall Break. Paul greeted us as we came in by first name, which I was very impressed with (have never stayed at this hotel before). The next day, we decided we would rather have a different lay-out then the two king beds. We asked to... more

My mom & I stayed at this hotel. The manager of this hotel did everything to accommodate our allergies & sensitivities! It is a new hotel, but not so new that the smell of new carpet & new paint will cause someone to react. It is a very nice hotel- in a great location. more

Large room with two queen beds and bunk beds with full and twin bed. Posh-y bathroom with slab granite. Would have nothing bad to say about the hotel itself, except for when scouting the room I found that the top twin bunk had a really nasty stain on the white comforter (all the linens are white so that they can... more

Nice, clean and modern rooms. Location about a mile from downtown, but I prefered it that way as it was quiet. Next to the river rafting school. Friendly staff and decent breakfast. The kids loved the bunk beds. more

When we arrived Christen was working at the front desk. When the room we were given did not meet with my wife’s approval she gladly upgraded our room. Excellent customer service a clean room, comfortable bed and good breakfast what more can you ask for. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have found. We didn’t partake in... more

Our whole family loved our stay for one night here. Overall, a very clean room. Breakfast was from 6-9:30 and was pretty good: cereal, yogurt, juice, fruit, waffles, eggs & sausage, even a coffee bar (not free, unfortunately). They even offered a free alcoholic beverage between 5-7 PM every night (which we missed, sadly.) We had a little trouble making... more

We had a king room and it was faultless. Very clean, excellent bedding, very good bathroom, flat-screen TV with ample choice, thermostat-controlled a/c. Our check-in was friendly enough but the staff was unimpressive. They were consistently unfriendly or disinterested. The breakfast room was fairly small but you could also sit outside. The choice was good, though more savoury bakery items... more

We stayed here for 4 nights (1 adult and 1 teenager). The room was lovely - the 2 queen size beds were incredibly comfortable. There was a sofa which was also a sofa bed, desk, wireless internet which worked well, fridge, microwave and digital TV with free movies. The complimentary breakfast included cereal, things to toast, pastires, waffles, eggs, sausage... more

We booked a reservation at Glenwood Suites because our favorite B&B was unavailable for the weekend. We are so glad we did because Glenwood Suites was fabulous! We will definitely stay there again. We had a little mix-up with the reservation but the manager, Paul Knapp, corrected it quickly and courteously. Any issue we had (there was a small one... more
