We booked a 2 bed non-smoking room in January. The girl at the desk was very nice and helpful. Our room, although a bit stuffy, was big, clean and had a refrigerator. The wireless was fast and reliable. The only thing that was annoying was the trash bin located right in front of our room and overflowing with trash to... More

We were late making reservations for a night in Glenwood Springs in the height of aspen-viewing season so ended up in this renovated 1950ish hotel for $67/night. I was more than a little leary but it was surpassingly good. Room was big enough, everything in working order, we had a comfy king bed, all was very clean, traffic noise was... More

I went with this hotel after reading some of the reviews - as "good" - well, if it use to be, it isn't any more. We stayed there last night after spending 6 hours hiking around the Maroon Bells in Aspen. We were beat and got there to get an early nights sleep before heading to Hanging Lake today. We... More

The manager of this hotel is a crook. I booked a room at this hotel through Expedia. I guess it was a really busy weekend because rates all across the town were nearly double the normal rates. On the day of my travel, I printed out my itinerary. It was then that I noticed that the hotel check in ended... More

If you are looking for Hampton level digs, this isn't it. But if you are just passing through and need an economical place to stay, that isn't going to cost a fortune (compared to other places in Glenwood Springs!) then this is a good option. I had no problem connecting to, nor using, the internet. The front desk staff both... More

This hotel is old but clean in the rooms. There is very old carpet by the front door. The continental breakfast is very limited. The TV didn't work above certain channels. They required a $50 charge on the room before staying, and they said the money would be returned the following morning, but in the morning, the person at the... More

Pros: clean room, friendly staff Cons: asked for a non- smoking room, but room smelled like smoke, never could lock the deadbolt, had SO much trouble with the internet and staff could not help. Gave us wifi name and password, but then it would ask for a login name and password to join and she said she didn't know what... More

Overall, I was not very pleased with the experience. The man at the front desk was very rude and unpleasant. Granted we were three young adults but that did not warrant that type of service. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was nice. The price was okay but the service made gave us an overall negative impression of the... More

This is a great place to stay. The gentleman at the front desk, can't remember his name!! Was so busy and there was a line of people behind me. He took the time and care to be pleasant and patient with me. Even when I presses the wrong button on the tv he took time to come and fix it... More

I went down for coffee and breakfast at 7am as we had been waiting for the office to open, and found out that it did not start until 7:30. I rang the door bell (office not open) until someone came out on the side of the door on the balcony The woman was completely dressed and ready for the day... More
