Its a shame we didn't have the experience of many other travellers on this site as our stay here was really bad - mainly down to the rudeness of the staff on reception. A totally "can't do" attitude. we stayed 2 nights here. didn't even know it was walking distance to gondola to go up to Adventure Park! Staff was friendly and patient with 2 kids. Room was clean. Made up quickly. Breakfast was good (many things to choose from). more

I have read all the positive reviews of this hotel and agree generally with them, The only thing that took the edge off the stay was the walls are very thin and a couple in the next room were talking loudly until 0330 and you could clearly her them. Apart from that it is fine. more

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The beds and linens were wonderful, the hotel was quiet and the breakfast was great! We were 2 blocks from the hot springs and adjacent to the adventure park. Friends stayed at the Hot Springs Lodge and were jealous of our accomodations. Will definitely stay here again. more

Clean and comfortable. A little pricey, but I guess it was "in season.' Well worth the extra $20 over some of the low rise motels. Decent continental breakfast. Parking was an issue, and we had to haul all our gear from the lot next door. more

It's an easy walk downtown, to the hot springs and pool and many restaurants. It's also very close to the gondalas to visit the Adventure Park. Stayed for three nights in Sept. The hotel is easy access to & from I 70. Had a king room with a small fridge, microwave & coffee maker. The room was large, quiet and very very clean.
