Unfortunately Rose St. B&B is no longer in business. Owners are using it as their home now. A shame as it was such a wonderfully place to stay. Just wanted to update so people would not look to book a room.

What an amazing place to stay and enjoy! Paul and Sally really make you feel comfortable and right at home! They are the BEST host and hostess anyone could have the privilege to meet! The atmosphere is so charming (Sally's a great decorator), and the bed in the Oak Room was like sleeping on a cloud. We didn't want to... More

Georgetown is an easy town to skip on a long vacation through Colorado given its proximity to Denver and the ski towns west. That would be a mistake as the town retains much local flavor and the Georgetown Loop is a great train ride (I rode all of the mining trains this August). The Rose Street is a great place... More

This was by far the nicest B&B I have been to. Paul and Sally are a wonderful couple. It was a pleasure to have conversations with them everyday. They made you feel like you were at home. And I looked forward to the wonderful breakfast everyday. Never the same. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a B&B.... More

My husband and I spent our anniversary weekend at Rose Street B&B. I can only echo what others have said about the experience. This historic home has been completely refurbished; and is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We stayed in the spacious Walnut Room, with its own sitting area and huge bathroom. Paul and Sally have put so much thought... More

You won't go wrong here. We had the Oak Room, the least expensive, with the private bath a few steps down the hall. Our hosts were excellent, as was the breakfast. Since the hosts have their own separate apartment, we were free to use the whole house. Everything was immaculate and thoughtfully decorated. We enjoyed exploring Georgetown too and taking... More

We spent the first night of our three week road trip with Paul at the Rose Street B&B (Sally was spending time with family out of town). We could have stayed in a chain hotel nearer to the airport following our flight, but instead we decided to drive west to Georgetown. This was partly due to its proximity to the... More

We had the most relaxing and wonderful time with Paul and Sally as our hosts at the Rose Street B&B. The room was great and exceeded every expectation that we had. Our hosts were very nice to visit with and, literally, opened their home to us. Breakfast the next morning was something unreal as the soft classical music and coffee... More
