This is where the locals from Denver and area go to ski.It has wide open space to ski anywhere and everywhere plus great pisted runs from the very top ridge all the way down to the car park. . Loveland is on the Georgetown side of the Eisenhower Tunnel with skiing on top of the Continental Divide. Best of all,... More

We went to Loveland the first of the year and had an amazing time! There was a total of six of us, 3 who had skied before and 3 beginners, including myself. My 7 year old and I took ski lessons and 14 year old took snowboard lessons. We all equally had a great experience with the ski instructors, they... More

I skied Loveland for the first time during Spring Break 2014. The 13/14 season has seen very good and consistent snow fall. The area offered all the terrain challenge any skier could want and the top of lift 9 at the continental divide is breath-taking. Loveland has the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever encountered which only added... More

I chose to ski at Loveland because of its proximity to Denver and its price, but the experience was worth even more. We arrived later than we should have due to unforeseen traffic on I-70. Apparently a tunnel had to be shut down which caused an hour delay, but the school was more than accomodating when we arrived (we pre... More

I learned to ski growing up here so it was great to go back after a long break from skiing! Once we got there, it was super easy to rent skis and get our lift tickets! It's a great place to learn or remind yourself how to ski! The employees were nice and helpful especially when one couldn't get on... More

I was pleasantly surprised by the Loveland Ski area. We have skied all of the surrounding resorts like A-Basin, Keystone, Breck and Copper and we thought our experience here at Loveland was great. The people are friendly and even though we skied on a holiday weekend, the lift lines were fast. Loveland sits right before the Eisenhower Tunnel, so you... More

Awesome place to ski...and saved our family of five about $250 as compared to going to one of the resorts. Great mix of terrain, lots of defined runs, wide open spaces and some phenomenal tree skiing. I love that the mountain is laid out so that the black diamonds are in a seperate area of the mountain from the blues... More

The closest ski resort to Denver which means less time on I-70 and more time making turns. Great skiing and boarding for all abilities. The wide variety of terrain will keep everyone in the family happy. Loveland also has some of the most affordable lift tickets in Colorado. And eating at the cafeteria won't break the bank either. My husband... More

We went over the holidays since my girlfriend had never been skiing and I from the other reviews on here found out that the instructors were very patient and great with beginners. It was no disappointment, the instructors were great. I went off skiing on my own to explore the mountain and wow it has awesome, they had just gotten... More

If you want to go skiing without the crowds and snooty people this is the place for you. STAFF IS SO FRIENDLY and helpful, prices are great and there are trails for everyone. It's laid back away from the crowds and close to Denver airport. Cozy bar with yummy chili. You can rent ski jackets.pant, hats, everything!!!! Can't wait to come back.
