I wouldn't use this facility for a destination base but it was perfect for an overnight stop. We had interstate side rooms but the road noise was nonexistant. We are light sleepers but slept soundly. The parking area could use more light in our opinion. The bathrooms are small. They verge on "pull your pants down in the hallway and... more

My main complaints are the location, outside the town right next to I70. I wasn't comfortable here, my room was right next to the freeway and noisy. The room had one small window, no view, and a tiny bathroom.. I could see light coming through the doorframe of the room and the noise in the room was much better after... more

Pretty typical for a Super 8, but hope that your neighbors are quiet. We could here conversations in adjoining rooms as if there were no wall. Rooms were spartan with dim lighting. Beds were comfortable. Convenient location to I-70 exit at Georgetown. more

We arrived at 3:00 pm to check in only to be told that the room was not ready but we could wait in the lobby for 20 minutes or so. We decided to do some sight seeing and told the clerk that we would be back in a couple of hours. We came back at 5:15 pm. At first the... more

Smaller rooms, older property but good value as a stop on Highway. We were driving from Denver to Moab, this is an easy turn off the highway. Breakfast good by Super 8 Standards. more

We recently spent a couple of days during spring break at the Super 8 in Georgetown, Colorado. This Super 8 looks quite unique from super 8's that I have stayed at before. The views from the hotel are breathtaking and the the structure of the hotel resembles the historic nature of georgetown, colorado. We enjoyed our time at the hotel.... more

We didn't think TOO much about paying $80 for a night at Super 8, because this property is allegedly a "Pride of Super 8". I have stayed at "Pride of Super 8's" before and they are typically not bad. And this one looks cute on the internet, designed to look like something out of the old west. This is what... more

Excellent value - my friends and I planned to ski on Copper Mountain and Winter Park during the week-end. Our room overlooked the central courtyard and was very pleasant (I hear some other rooms face the road). The hotel has a nice rustic breakfast room/lounge, and a small tub we didn't use. I could indeed hear the neighbors through the... more

There was a snow storm on February 16, which closed down I 70. We called the afternoon of the 16th to cancel. There were no rooms available anywhere in the area that night. The room we canceled was very likely taken by someone stranded by the storm. Super 8 Motel went ahead and charged us for the room even though... more

Although we would like you to enjoy Colorado we understand that sometime cancellation are no fault of our guest. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy which is clearly communicated on our website and verbally when customers book rooms. 24 hours is plenty of time to get weather reports and make changes in plans. Cancellations that occur before 24 hours...

I loved this property. The staff was excellant and very friendly. The rooms were clean. This property is unique since it looks like an old western town. Nestled in the mountain this is an excellant value for the money. I stayed here and skied in Winter Park and Breckenridge. Consider this property first before you pay much more money to... more
