This hotel is great. We stayed in room 103 with a fireplace, fridge/micro, Keurig and private jacuzzi overlooking the stream. What else can you ask for? You can walk to restaurants, the visitors bureau and the dollar store. Quiet, peaceful and exceptionally clean. The kicker is the little pass though where they place your morning croissants, juice, and fruit in... More

We arrived fairly late on a Friday night, but just in time to get a full overview of the hotel and our room. We had a beautiful, large room with a gas fireplace and a two-person hot tub on our private-ish patio. The pluses: beautiful room, comfy bed, spacious bath, gracious hosts. Breakfast delivered to your room every morning. Close... More

Don't miss a chance to stay at this magnificent hotel if you are anywhere near the Georgetown area! I stayed in a fantastic room -- one of the very best on the property -- an upstairs room on the backside overlooking the bubbling creek and surrounding hills. The room included a relaxing fireplace, beautiful bathroom, refrigerator, coffee maker that brewed... More

Very well kept property with very friendly staff who work hard to ensure you're having a nice stay. Beautiful room that was tastefully decorated and had all the necessary amenities. Hot tub and private deck help to make this a perfect stay for any couple. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely use this as a weekend stop again... More

My husband and I stayed here recently for a quick weekend getaway. We were very impressed with the hospitality and decor of this hotel. For something so close to the interstate, it has a very relaxing and romantic feel. We stayed in a corner, creekside room and loved the outdoor space and amenities within the room. The only complaint we... More

This is perfect place by all means. Approximately 1 hour west from Denver, only couple minutes off I-70 in the middle of beautiful Georgetown valley. Georgetown is a small romantic and definitely not "grey" town with beautiful mountains around. We visited Colorado in February and stayed for 3 nights. This place is very well built, totally friendly and definitely cozy.... More

My husband and I stayed here a couple years back for an anniversary trip, and it was absolutely wonderful. When we arrived, we were given a couple glasses of complimentary wine. There are a couple of nice sitting areas outside of the room. The room itself was very, very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had high-end... More

What a great find for a walk-in stay! Not our plan to stay here, but the roads to Breckinridge were temporarily closed. Our host Cathy is super knowledgeable, proud of Georgetown, CO and has a charming spot to stay. Ended up with the last of two rooms, scored with a fireplace and a hot tub and view of CO mountains... Loved our stay at Chateau Chamonix (second floor, room 203) this past weekend while we skied at the Loveland Ski Area. Everything from the special after-hours check-in that Kathy arranged for us, to the clean and comfy room, was perfect. Super-nice bathroom/shower (L’Occitane toiletries!) and bed (deluxe pillows and linens!) The gas fireplace warmed and cozied up the room nicely.... More

From the welcoming staff to the charming, European inspired room, we loved our stay from beginning and didn't want it to end. Our spacious room was right on the river and included a two person hot tub on our private deck. The welcome wine and delicious breakfast just added to the experience. This hotel is just another reason to frequent... More
