Halls needed cleaning, not the cleanest Hotel. Very disappointed. TV did not work. layout terrible-had trouble finding lobby! Had to be moved to a different room - took attendant 10 minutes to bring new keys. New room very smokey, especially for a non smoking room! Nothing in snack shop? Why have it? This was the worst Holiday Inn ever stayed... More

To begin with the room I was given had not been cleaned. The front desk quickly switched me to a different room, upgrading me to a suite. As a solo traveler it was a waste. I chose the Holiday Inn because there was a restaurant adjacent to it. That was a HUGE disappointment. After a long week of traveling I... More

Facility is in a good location and reasonable maintenance. Strongest points are the staff. Very good folks at the front desk, they try extra hard. Did not eat there, can't say anything about food service. Parking is easy and so is in-and-out to the road. Good location. Whole facility is a bit dated and heavily used. Price was right and... More

Stayed at this Holiday in a few days for business. During my stay there was basically no Internet Service available at the hotel. Addressed this with the front desk staff at least twice a day, just to be given a phone number (not local, not toll free) for some help line to address the Internet topic. After 3 days there... More

Look this is located in a great place in Frisco. Easy access and close to whatever you need. The staff was fine. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that shower stopped dispensing hot water after the first use. The sink had hot water. I did mention it to the hotel and they offered to take $15 off the... More

This hotel is right off 1-70 and boy do you feel like it's a pit stop. Far too many people, understaffed at the Sporting News grill and in the hotel in general. The facilities are out dated and gives you zero feeling of being in a quaint mountain town like Frisco. I am a Colorado Native so I know what... More

We stayed at this hotel on July 4, 2014 for a family reunion. This hotel is in a picturesque setting and the hotel building is good. But...there need to be some changes made to the service. We got to the hotel at 4:00 PM and there was a line about 16 people deep checking in, almost to the entrance. We... More

Nice location and personable desk staff but after mentioning that our room had not been cleaned from the day before nothing was done. Inexcusable! We had to ask for clean towels and new soap. No compensation or apology either. We love visiting Summit County but we will not stay here again. Learn from our mistake.

I saw very good deal on a room and decided instead of flying somewhere that particular 4day weekend, I'd go hit up memory lane in good ol' Summit County with my beau. The hotel has been renovated and looks very clean and modern upon entering the lobby. The rooms however, are a very different story. They have to be the... More
