We stay at New Summit Inn in Frisco every time we drive to Denver. I have allergies and our room is always clean and comfortable. I can't account for why, but I have a better night's sleep here than any other hotel. The owners and family are courteous and friendly. The only suggestion is more room for cosmetics, etc. by... We needed a place to stay for one night. Based on TripAdvisor reviews, I looked for this place. It was a decent place at the least price around. It IS an older (1970's?) building, but I had no issues with it. I paid a couple dollars more for a third bed...moving us from a standard sized room to the BIGGEST... More

I stayed at Summit Inn a few times last ski season. The room is average size and clean, the location is great, right next to the Summit Stage transit center and Walmart. The only complaint is that there were people making phone calls or talking in the hallway late at night and I couldn't sleep until they were gone. And... More

To begin with, the person on duty at the front desk was terrible and rude. Wouldn't answer my questions directly. The room was less than clean, and though they said that they were pet friendly turns out not so much. I got a really creepy feeling in that motel and I will never go back. I would rather sleep in... We stayed at the Summit Inn in Frisco for one week over New Year's. We had gotten a great price (considering the costs in the area) a few months before our vacation. We knew it wasn't going to be a fancy hotel, but we were pleased overall with our stay. Our goal was to save some money on our hotel... More

Our first ski trip in Colorado was great. Summit Inn is centrally located so we were easily able to enjoy several slopes. It has limited frills but we were only there to sleep as we were always on the road. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and staff very friendly. The price was great and I would recommend this hotel.... More

almost perfect. nice location: close to highway, ski rental shops, safeway grocery store, wal-mart. nice restaurants to dine in at downtown frisco area. the only negative is the rooms are awfully dry from the heat and they lack humidifiers.

Spent a weekend shredding at Breckenridge and Copper in April 2006. The summit inn was a great lodging option that was convenient to both mountains. The place was nicer than most chain hotels at this price point. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and after a day of boarding the hot tub was a nice option.... More

The Summit Inn is located in Frisco right off of I-70. It's a fairly small, basic kind of place that appears to be good base for activities. It does take awhile to get to the ski lifts (we skied at Breck the whole time). However, unless you're in fantastic shape, you won't be skiing all day, every day, anyway. It's... More

Recently stayed at the Summit Inn in Frisco. The new owners are doing a great job of turning this into a comfortable mountain lodge. It has the feel of a more expensive hotel. Friendly staff, Apres ski treats, convenient to everything. If you love to ski but have a limited budget this is the place in Summit County. We'll be... More
