When everywhere elses charges 100's, we paid $75 night Mid December. Wonderful value, comfortable beds& clean rooms & convenient to everything. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. My 20 year old daughter enjoyed our stay.

We only stayed here for one night as a stopover, so all we wanted was a basic, clean room, nothing fancy. This hotel delivered just that so I'd say it is a good choice when traveling on a budget. Please bear in mind we traveled in July, not during skiing season.

This is definitely not an upscale place in "ski country," but if you are on a budget and just need a place to sleep, this is for you. It is nice and quiet; the beds are comfortable, and they keep the place clean. The bathrooms are a bit small, and the separate vanity is also small. Breakfast in the morning... More

If you are on a budget look no further, Summit Inn covers all the essentials for your ski holiday. The rooms while very basic are extremely well maintained. It is obvious that family owners take pride in offering their guest a clean, comfortable stay. The rooms do include a small refrigerator and coffee maker for your convenience, however they are... Pleasantly surprised after choosing Summit Inn... It is obvious the owners take guest comfort & satisfaction very seriously! Loved the rustic decor & log accents... Very "mountain" feeling. Room was well kept and included small refrigerator and a nice sofa so we didn't have to watch TV from the bed. Wifi worked well. Indoor hot tub on lower level was... More

Perfect budget hotel. Room was a bit dated, yet large and clean. Staff most helpful. No restaurants within walking distance however ordering in was convenient. Continental breakfast was as advertised, basic, but fine. Would stay here again!

This is my second review of the Summit Inn. Over the years I've stayed at this motel several times and I've always been very satisfied with the quality of the service, the cleanliness of the place and the friendliness of the owners. From the end of september 2014 to the end of October I've spent 4 nights in different bedrooms.... More

We have stayed here many times for ski trips. It is conveniently located with a short drive to Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper and Vail. There are a few places that you could walk to dinner, but we usually drive to main street in Frisco and then walk around until we find a place that looks good. The rooms are very large... More

My wife and I booked a weekend here based on other reviews. Check-in was fine and was initially given an upstairs room but they had no elevator. I asked if there were any rooms available on the 1st floor and the desk clerk gladly gave us a 1st floor room. Then upon entering the room my wife and I noticed... More

As the title says, this is my second time staying here and this hotel is lovely. It was even better the second time around. My boyfriend and I stayed one night and our room had a very nice woodsy feel but was very clean. Front desk staff was wonderful and told us about the free busses that shuttle you into... More
