Not much to add on top of what other reviewers have said - small, clean hotel at a fantastic price. Paid about 30% less than other chains nearby and much, MUCH less than hotels right in Frisco or in nearby towns. Located on the edge of town, right off of highway 70 but at least in the winter, we didn't... More

My family stayed here in January 2012 for its convenience to Breckenridge. I expected an inexpensive place to sleep, which is a refreshing change of pace from the overpriced, outdated chain hotels in this same area. At first I was a bit taken aback that you had to CALL for a reservation. Call? Really? What I found was an extremely... More

Positives are: inexpensive lodging, friendly front staff, cute lodge like decoration, clean room, hot shower. Negatives are: not a family friendly hotel because its set up with all beds in one room (people with kids on different sleeping schedules will understand this), tiny bathroom, limited room to unpack your items (a few drawers, no closet) and basic breakfast. If we... More

This hotel is wonderful - since it is very affordable, we didn't know what to expect. But upon arriving we were greeted w/ a smile surrounded in mountain cabin like decor (inside. outside it just looks like any other hotel). Don't expect luxury by any means, but it certainly is a great deal for what you pay for. Nice &... More

I was a little nervous when we booked a last minute room at a much lower rate than the other hotels in the area but what a nice surprise. Clean, efficient, quiet and comfortable. Slight plumbing problem or it would have been an excellent rating. We will go back. More

Basic hotel close to ski areas, comfortable beds and clean. Recommend you bring breakfast foods unless you like pastries. Close to free bus for copper. Hot tub was nice and hot after a long day of skiing. Friendly staff run by a husband and wife team. More

We stayed for one night before checking into our Breckenridge condo. This hotel is very clean with new carpet and furniture. Each room has a refrigerator. There is a small sitting area off the lobby where a basic continental breakfast is served. There are tables and chairs with microwave available and a nice hot tub in the lower level. The... More

Nothing too special. Breakfast was not very good. Just basic store bought continental style. Rooms were a little musty. This is an old hotel. It's right next to the highway, but I couldn't hear anything. If you are just looking for a place to rest, this is it. It won't blow your socks off, but it will do the trick. More

I wasn't sure what to expect since the cost of this hotel was much lower than any others I looked at. We were more than pleasantly surprised. Property was very clean, room was HUGE (we stayed in a 3 queen bed). Everything worked well. Hot tub/sauna was very nice (we were the only ones in there at the time). Don't... More
