This vintage 1960 motel is old, but remodeled and well kept. Beds are relatively firm and comfortable, although small for 2 people in a bed. The location is GREAT - near to transport, interstate and restaurants. A free continental breakfast is provided 7-10 AM. Around $80. If you want luxury, get a condo resort by a ski area and spend... The Snowshoe Motel is a dated motel, with few amenities, but it served the purpose for an inexpensive stay in a resort location. The motel was easy walking distance to stores and restaurants. Free bus service to Breckenridge and other ski locations arrived every 34 minutes right in front of the motel. My biggest complaint was the uncomfortable bed and... More

The Snowshoe Motel is in a very convenient location on Frisco's Main Street. It is an older motel in the middle of town. You can walk to everything from it. If you dont mind the older style and can deal with what you get for the price than this is the place to stay. I personally thought it could use... More

LOCATION Good location easy to find, right on Main street and a short drive from I-70. Everything to hand, bars, restaurants, supermarket, petrol station, gift shops. HOTEL Front desk really friendly and helpful. Continental buffet breakfast sufficed - bagels, pastry, fruit, cereal, juice, coffee. They can arrange activities and I think there is a bus stop outside to get to... More

This older motel is worth the stay even just for the location in downtown Frisco. Great town to walk in, plenty to eat and wgat views! A little extra cost for queen beds, no air conditioner, two small windows opened, cool weather helped! Good value for the money.

We recently stayed at the Snowshoe Motel and were very pleased by the experience. While an older hotel, it was very well maintained, clean, and had an excellent location. Our room, #36, was recently remodeled including new carpet, pictures, bedding and mattress, flat screen TV, microwave and small refrigerator. The bathroom while older was very clean. There is no airconditioning,... More

Not sure why I stay here so often, but I attribute this fact to its location and low price. I do like the simple and 1970's feel to the place, but it is nice to be welcomed by name by the owner, manager, and front desk or get "my room" just by calling ahead. All of this at a low... More

The Snowshoe Motel was ok for one night, but isn't some place I'd stay again. The room was clean, but had a musty odor to it and was not very well cared for - the toilet made a high pitched squeak when flushed, there were a lot of chips in the bath tub surface, the shower head was very old,... This is an older motel in the middle of town. You can walk to everything, even the marina. Our room seemed to be recently rae carpeted and painted, clean, and comfortable beds. There was a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was basic but good coffee. Had bananas I could eat gluten free. Service at front desk... More

Every time we visit beautiful Frisco, we stay here at the Snowshoe. The location is convenient for almost everything--shopping, Main Street, Dillon Resevoir, and area hikes. It's also less expensive than other inns in downtown Frisco. The rooms themselves are clean and simple. They don't have as many bells and whistles as others, but everything works. A favorite "secret" of... More
