This La Quinta is up dated. In fact, there was a faint smell of fresh paint. Everything was neat and clean. The bed was nice and comfy. There was little Denver omelets and bacon with breakfast. I can't think of a thing to complain about. The staff was kind and curtious.

The location is fine if you want to hop off of I25 and back on. There are 3 restaurants nearby, but that's it. It's an 8 mile drive into the city if you want to shop, etc. They are refurbishing the hotel but it is being handled well.

I've been staying at this location for years - and have found that the owner, staff and facilities have always been wonderful. Their breakfasts are a step above that of most chain hotels - and now the hotel is wrapping up a complete renovation, new decor, new carpets, fresh paint, new furniture. The restaurant area is in the process of... More

This was my second stay here, the first wasn't terrible hense the second stay, but never again, the hot tub smelled of piss and dirty laundry. The man at the front desk was exceptionally RUDE, not a great way to get return guests. I suggest you get a new front desk clerk. And clean your hot tubs more often.

This hotel was a great value for the money. I was about 4 miles from CSU, but it was an easy drive and the difference in cost paid for the rental car. The hotel and room were clean, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast offered was really convenient. It is perfectly located right off I-25 and I will... More

We stay at this hotel often. We are always pleased with the service, the quality and convenience. The cleanliness is above par. We bring our dog with us and he is always made welcome. That means a lot to us. We are not given a "dog room" that stinks and has been damaged like other chain hotels do. We make... More

We had a very nice sized room with a couch. The bed was excellent. We travel with a small dog. The room works out perfectly with the dog. We have family in the area and always stay at this LaQuinta. Right off I-25.

We picked this hotel for an overnight stop on our trip. It is an older property but it is right off I-25. It was quiet, we didn't hear the road. We had a king room, it was a little on the small side but there was a desk and recliner in addition to the bed. The bed itself was comfortable.... More

We stopped her while traveling through, it was not very expensive and we were just looking for a place to stop overnight. We were going to be arriving late and leaving early. The hotel is going through some renovations for sure. It is in a college town. I was surprised how nice the room was that had been recently renovated.... More
