We spent three days in Fort Collins and our stay was quiet and comfortable. Our room was very clean! I enjoyed this area of Fort Collins because it is quiet. The front desk clerk was welcoming and friendly as we checked in and later departed for an evening out. We were looking for a map of Fort Collins and she cheerfully found one for us. I've stayed at this property many times for business. This hotel has been very consistent throughout the years. The hotel staff is very friendly. The facility is well kept and clean. Also has the typical Hampton Inn breakfast with many options. This is a very good value in Fort Collins.

My room was clean and up to date. I never had breakfast but it looked good in passing. Front desk staff was always very friendly and acknowledged me each time I came through. I did not use the pool but the facility looked clean and well kept

Not a big establishment. They tried hard to accommodate requests. We arrived early and they were able to take care of us. Unfortunately we couldn't get a corner room - but did get the third floor. Breakfast was classic Hampton Inn = good ;) All staff is friendly- especially the housekeeping staff. Location is good to hop into Old Town... More

We phoned ahead to let staff know that we would be arriving around 2am due to a late flight arrival in Denver due to winter weather. Upon arrival, the staff had turned the heat on in our room, so the room was was not cold, but was nice and comfortable for us.

We have really enjoyed Hampton Inns and looked forward to our stay at the Fort Collins location. Check-in was a breeze and our room was totally clean and comfortable. I would not recommend this Hampton to anyone...for either business or pleasure. I stay in Hilton brand hotels on a weekly basis, have been a Diamond member for many years, and have never experienced poorer service at a Hilton property. O.K. so it was Christmas Day, but is that a good enough reason to only have ONE person in charge of the front desk?
