We chose the hotel for it's closeness to the CSU campus for graduation week. We also chose it for the Hilton brand, knowing the reputation for quality. The one event that dampened the experience for us was that the shower was cold. The maintenance adjusted it promptly when requested, but it needed to be repeated a day later.

The location on West Prospect is extremely convenient; coming in from Denver on Rt. 25, it's a straight shot. All campus events are within a few blocks, and The Grove off-campus housing is right down the street. The amenities are good; nice buffet breakfast, mini Starbucks and pub right off the lobby. I'd suggest bringing your Wi-Fi with you, though.... More

For the past many years, I coordinate the expo for the Colorado Marathon. I stay at the hotel every year. What is amazing how the staff doesn't change ... I enjoy seeing the same faces every year. That says something about a hotel. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. If there was ever an issue the staff went out... More

We had wonderful service from check-in to check-out. Graham checked us in on arrival and gave us a couple of bottles of water - a must in Colorado . We had a wonderful dinner at Bisetti's and Graham set us up with with champagne later that evening for our anniversary. We can't say enough good things about the hotel and... More

This is one of the those Hiltons (I've been to a few) where the rooms are arranged in a square around a truly enormous central atrium. It's sort of fun. The room I had was disappointing, almost windowless (just some narrow windows high up that you couldn't see out of) and with a none too pleasant smell. I had a... More

We went for a college tour at CSU. The location for events is perfect. We walked to everything on campus and didn't need to worry about traffic or parking. The front staff was extremely helpful in giving us directions and suggestions for visiting old town Fort Collins. There is a train track close to the hotel. Trains go by about... More

I paid too much for the quality of this room. Also I was very irritated that the room had no fridge. The hotel service was generally goo, but it was too expensive. Will be a disappointment for people who are looking for true Hilton quality.

The staff was good, the location was good, the room was clean, but the bed was old and saggy (like me) thats why I was wanting a better bed. The breakfast buffet was good and had good selection. The staff was kind and attentive.

We stayed here just one night at the beginning of April 2015, as we wanted to visit Rocky Mountain NP. But our pick of the hotel was not the best one... Check in was slow and strange, since the front desk clerk was younger female not well trained, as she had problems assigning us a room - typed for 10... More

We were visiting family this past fall and decided to try the Hilton Fort Collins. Staying at the hotel was my husband, myself, and my neice. We booked a 1 king bed room with sofa-bed for 3 nights. We were upgraded (thanks to my husbands Diamond status) to a room with a view. We did encounter several housekeeping issues during... More
