This is the second time my family stayed here recently and we just love this hotel. The worst thing I can say about it is that when someone in one of the neighboring rooms takes a shower, the pipes are quite loud--loud enough to wake me up. Stayed her for two days while on vacation and visiting Rocky Mountain National Park. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My wife and I were upgraded to a king suite. The hotel itself is new and very well maintained. The room was very clean. We would stay here again when in the area. more

Great facility except for low water pressure and tepid temperature. 4th floor apparently has problems and the engineers know it. Get a lower floor. Food, facility and location are great. Front desk is very friendly and the staff really tries to be friendly. more
